We enjoyed two nights with our family in a connected room. The location is perfect for a walk around in DC and hotel staff were very friendly. My wife lost her wedding band in the room which we find out after leaving. We called the reception and the hotel staff recovered it so we could pick it up 2h later.A very honorable gesture. Thank you one more time I'm sure we will come back.

Vim aqui no último minuto depois que uma estadia no Airbnb deu errado. A equipe da recepção foi extremamente acolhedora e bem informada. O guarda de segurança foi tão doce e atencioso com minhas filhas pequenas. Todos foram acima e além para tornar a nossa estadia melhor do que esperávamos.O lugar é lindo e o epítome da elegância moderna. Os tons quentes de taupe criam um ambiente acolhedor, mantendo uma aparência sofisticada.Estou muito feliz por poder ficar aqui durante a noite e, embora tenhamos reservado em outro lugar (crianças precisam de mais espaço do que um quarto de hotel padrão), ainda retornaríamos sem crianças?

Came here last min after an Airbnb stay gone wrong. The front desk staff was extremely welcoming and well-informed. The security guard was so sweet and attentive to my toddler girls. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay better than we expected. The place is beautiful and the epitome of modern elegance. The warm taupe tones all over create a welcoming environment while maintaining a high-end look. I am very glad I was able to stay here for the night and although we booked somewhere else (toddlers need more room than a standard hotel room) we would still return sans children 😅

Uau. Tão impressionado com o hotel e a equipe. A decoração do hotel era elegante. Os corredores eram ornamentados e os quartos eram ainda mais bonitos. O serviço ao cliente foi de primeira qualidade. Pedimos água morna para o chá e em poucos minutos um membro da equipe trouxe uma bandeja com chá, açúcar, creme e uma chaleira. Os quartos eram limpos, as camas eram confortáveis e os quartos eram silenciosos. Os elevadores são acessíveis apenas com o cartão-chave do seu quarto, o que me fez sentir seguro. Eu vou ficar aqui novamente.

Solo tiene bueno la ubicación....el resto deja mucho q desear...y encima después de dejar el hotel con 0 cargos nos pasaron 190 dólares a la tarjeta. Hemos intentado recursrlos y ha sido imposible...una vergüenza, no te cogen el teléfono y no tienen ningún correo dónde escribir . Un timo en toda regla. NO IR NUNCA

Wow. So impressed with the hotel and staff. Hotel décor was elegant. The hallways were ornate and the rooms were even nicer. The customer service was top notch. We asked for warm water for tea and within minutes a staff member brought up a tray with tea, sugar, cream and a kettle. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Elevators are only accessible with your room key card which made me feel safe. I will definitely stay here again.

Pontos positivos, decoração agradável, os quartos são bons, mas um pouco pequenos. A equipe é simpática e acolhedora.No entanto, no geral, não é uma ótima experiência. Fiz uma reserva diretamente pelo aplicativo deles para um quarto com 2 camas queen size. Devido a um tempo de viagem maior do que o esperado, fiz o check-in pelo aplicativo e também liguei para confirmar minha reserva e informá-los de uma chegada tardia. Chego ao hotel e eles me dão um quarto com cama king size e me disseram que era basicamente a mesma coisa, não é. Foi-me dito que não havia mais nada que eles pudessem fazer, exceto uma cama com rodinhas, que não cabia no quarto. Foi frustrante não receber o que eu havia reservado e não ser oferecida uma maneira de compensar isso. Foi tudo um inconveniente desnecessário que tentei evitar desde o início.

Limpeza ruim. Quarto com vista ruim... de frente para um pátio interno com um motor enorme e barulhento na frente... difícil de descansar. Não levaram nossas malas para o nosso quarto. Não havia xampu e touca de banho em um 4 estrelas !! Pedimos, mas NÃO recebemos o recibo da última noite extra que tivemos que pagar pelo voo cancelado! ! Esperamos que eles a mandem embora, espero que sim!! Eles têm nossos dados

Positives, nice decor, rooms are nice but a bit small. The staff is friendly and welcoming. However, overall not a great experience. I made a reservation directly through their app for a room with 2 queen beds. Due to a longer then expected travel time, i checked in through the app, and I also called to confirm my reservation and to let them know of a late arrival. I get to the hotel and they give me a room with a king size bed and they told me it was basically the same thing, it's not. I was told that there was nothing else they could do except a rolling bed, one that didn't fit in the room. It was frustrating not receiving what I had reserved and not being offered a way to make up for it. It was all an unnecessary inconvenience that I tried to avoid since the beginning.

A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa. Cheguei bem tarde e estava com muita fome depois de um longo voo de São Francisco, então decidi comer no restaurante deles. O servidor, Abdul, foi muito bom. Eu não costumo mandar comida de volta, mas a sopa de caranguejo não tinha um gosto tão bom, então eu educadamente disse a Abdul que não a terminaria. Ele se desculpou e tirou a sopa da minha conta. Os quartos são limpos e modernos. O banheiro é um pouco pequeno e parece um pouco apertado quando você está sentado no vaso sanitário. Meus vizinhos decidiram fazer uma festa barulhenta às 3 da manhã e depois de enviar uma mensagem para a recepção, me ofereceram um café da manhã de cortesia pelo inconveniente. De manhã, perguntei se meus vizinhos ficariam mais uma noite e, quando isso foi confirmado, a recepção imediatamente me mudou para um quarto diferente, o que foi muito apreciado. Até agora, tive uma experiência agradável com a localização e a equipe.

Fique atento à sua fatura e cobranças! Embora não tenha sido uma experiência horrível em todos os aspectos, estamos presos no limbo esperando uma ligação de volta porque eles nos cobraram por nossa estadia completa de 3 noites, apesar de ter pago uma noite adiantada quando fizemos a reserva, então agora pagamos 4 noites (só destruiu 3). Na recepção eles nos disseram que todos estão tendo esse problema. Como isso pode continuar quando eles sabem disso e continuam cobrando das pessoas por uma noite extra que já pagaram? Fora isso o quarto estava bom. Eu não estava impressionado com os serviços na recepção mesmo antes do problema de cobrança vir à tona. O pessoal do serviço de campainha era agressivo e queria carregar todas as malas do seu carro, o que apenas nos atrasou. Eu entendo que é o trabalho deles e eles estão tentando ser úteis, mas você tem que recuar quando as pessoas querem fazer as coisas por conta própria. Atualização: fizemos várias tentativas de contato com o departamento de cobrança solicitando a correção desse problema. A recepção me garantiu várias vezes que receberíamos uma ligação de volta, mas uma semana e meia depois e ainda nada! Quando eles conscientemente cobram demais por uma noite adicional, isso é fraude! Não só vou contestar isso com minha empresa de cartão de crédito, mas também vou encaminhar esse assunto para o escritório do procurador-geral. Havia também pequenas taxas adicionais todos os dias que estavam no topo da taxa noturna e dos impostos. Espero que alguém consiga descobrir esse golpe.

I read mixed reviews prior to staying. The hotel is updated, clean, with extremely friendly and accommodating staff. It was an affordable quick weekend getaway close to about everything. Compared to other more expensive options, this team measures up in all ways! Loved our stay!

Watch your bill and charges! While it wasn't a horrible experience in every aspect, we are stuck in limbo waiting for a call back because they charged us for our full 3 night stay despite having paid a night upfront when we made the reservation so now we've paid for 4 nights (only destroyed 3). At the front desk they told us everyone is having this issue. How can that be allowed to continue when they know about it and they continue charging people for an extra night they've already paid? Other than that the room was fine. I wasn't impressed with the services at the front desk even before the billing issue came to light. The bell service people were aggressive and wanted to load every bag in your car which just slowed us down. I get that it's their job and they're trying to be helpful but you have to back off when people want to do things on their own. Update: we've made multiple attempts to connect with their billing department asking to correct this issue. The front desk has assured me multiple times that we'd get a call back but a week and a half later and still nothing! When they knowingly overcharge you for an additional night that's fraud! Not only will I be disputing this with my credit card company but will also refer this matter to the attorney general's office. There were also additional small charges every day that were on top of the nightly rate and taxes. I hope someone can figure out this scam.

The staff has been really friendly and helpful. I checked in quite late and was really hungry after a long flight from San Francisco, so I decided to eat at their restaurant. The server, Abdul, was really nice. I don't usually send food back, but the crab soup didn't taste so good, so I politely told Abdul I wouldn't be finishing it. He was apologetic and took the soup off my bill. The rooms are clean and modern. The bathroom is a bit small and feels rather cramped when you're sitting on the toilet. My neighbors decided to have a loud party at 3am and after sending a message to the front desk, I was offered a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. In the morning, I asked if my neighbors would be staying another night and when that was confirmed, the front desk immediately moved me to a different room, which was greatly appreciated. So far, I've had a pleasant experience with the location and staff.

A decoração do lobby era muito boa! Os quartos eram médios e acolhedores. Lanches e bebidas eram colocados dentro e seriam debitados no cartão. Apenas pequenos frascos de xampu e condicionador foram fornecidos. Os funcionários foram gentis e nos ajudaram quando necessário. Consegui deixar minha mala lá após o check-out enquanto explorava a cidade até meu voo.

The decor in the lobby was very nice! Rooms were average and cozy. Snacks and drinks were placed inside and would be charged to the card. Only small bottles of shampoo and conditioner were provided. Staff were kind and helped us when needed. I was able to leave my bag there after check-out while I explored the city until my flight.

Servicio de los empleados eran muy amables, y mi cuarto estaba muy lindo y limpiesito. Tambien ahi una nevera con bebidas y snacks. Cuestan un poquito caro, pero si es conveniente.

La ubicación es genial y el trato del personal muy correcto. La habitación ya es otra cosa y aunque es grande, necesita una gran actualización, así como un cambio en las almohadas, luces, etc.

Este hotel fue todo un acierto! La calidad del hotel es superior. Nos alojamos en una habitación con dos camas matrimoniales, el descanso fue excelente. El tamaño de la habitación también es muy considerable y el hotel está muy bien decorado. La ubicación también excelente para mi gusto, cerca de la Casa Blanca y del metro. El staff muy correcto y tienen un señor que abre la puerta muy amable, habla español por cierto. El hotel parece caro pero tan solo vale un poco más que algunas opciones peores. Relación calidad-precio excelente. Volvería sin dudarlo.

WARNING! Take care with the charges the make to your card. We did not eat or drink anything from the mini bar during our stay but they charged us 6.10 CI$ (7.5 US$) without reason, four days after we left the hotel. I mailed them asked why was that charge for but I did not get an answer. So basically they stole my money without a reason or explanation. Attached the charge.¡ATENCIÓN! Mucho cuidado con los cargos que el hotel hace en tu tarjeta. Nosotros no comimos ni bebimos nada del mini-bar de la habitación pero nos cobraron 6.10 CI$ (7.5 US$) sin motivo alguno cuatro días después de dejar el hotel. Envié un email pidiendo explicaciones pero nunca respondieron. Básicamente tomaron dinero de nuestra tarjeta sin motivo ni explicación alguna. Adjunto el cargo.
