Todos os funcionários são simpáticos, especialmente o supervisor da sala de café da manhã. Os quartos são bons, o check-in rápido foi feito na recepção à chegada. Nossos pedidos de quarto foram atendidos imediatamente. As opções de comida são boas, a música ao vivo à noite conquistou os corações lendo peças locais e turcas como queríamos. Spa e piscina são limpos. Os funcionários estão muito interessados, o café da manhã é farto e dura até as 11h. Ideal para família.

Las habitaciones están bien, el check-in rápido se hizo en la recepción a la llegada. Nuestras solicitudes de habitación se cumplieron de inmediato. Las opciones de comida son buenas, la música en vivo por la noche conquistó los corazones al leer piezas locales y turcas tal como queríamos. El spa y la piscina están limpios. Los empleados están muy interesados, el desayuno es rico y dura hasta las 11 am. Ideal para la familia.

Reservé este hotel más de 7 veces. Un hotel muy especial. Todos los servicios están disponibles. También hay un spa gratuito. El desayuno es muy variado y para todos los gustos. Todo el personal es amable, especialmente el supervisor del salón de desayunos. TURAL es muy cooperativo y respetuoso, y hay un parque de diversiones para niños junto al hotel, Qabala Land.

We enjoyed our stay very much! It is beautiful and in a perfect location. Very close to ROPELINES access which was important for us. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and had an amazing view. The hotel restaurant is a great find for breakfast. I live locally to the hotel and have been there many times for breakfast. The restaurant has a great warm atmosphere, the servers are friendly and professional. The service is also excellent. Nós apreciamos muito a nossa estadia! É lindo e em uma localização perfeita. Muito perto do acesso ROPELINES que foi importante para nós. Todos foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto era muito limpo e tinha uma vista incrível. O restaurante do hotel é um ótimo achado para o café da manhã. Eu moro localmente para o hotel e estive lá muitas vezes para o café da manhã. O restaurante tem uma excelente atmosfera acolhedora, os servidores são simpáticos e profissionais. O serviço também é excelente.

Big and laxuary hotel but only one receptionist, long queue to check in. Not professional, they are talking photos using personal mobile not scan the passport using scanner. There is a Manger called elmed or something like this, we complain about noise from next room, they have children playing football inside the room and we couldn't sleep until 1 am. The receptionist promised to change the room next day but the guy elmed said ok go to your room we wil change it. But nothing and the noise all night, there is the sound insulation at all. If the phone on next room rang you thing it is yours. Will never go back there.

Maybe one of the best in gabala but still could be much better service wise. While we booked a vip Villa and it had a kitchen, there was no kitchenware, and when I asked for it I was passed from the reception to the restaurant as if they were not under the same hotel management! We had to ask multiple times to get a pot.. Otherwise, the place is beautiful, the breakfast is just fine I guess, the Villa looked nice but sounds can travel between walls.

I do appreciate good customer service, but what I’ve seen in Oafaz Riverside Hotel is something much more than outstanding customer service. They took the extra mile to make sure that we enjoyed every moment. From check-in to check-out, everyone we met treated us with a great smile and a super friendly attitude. For more than 8 days, every day, I’ve received a call or two; asking if we needed anything.We really enjoyed it, and I have no words to describe the satisfaction we all had during our stay in this fantastic hotel. Not only the view and the location are fabulous, every single person working here has a priority of making us happy. I’ve never seen such customer service. I have visited so many places worldwide, and with no hesitation, this hotel is the best by far. I have to thank Aliahmed, who received us with a lovely smile from day one and made sure every day we had a good time in their place. Emil, who helped me a lot with my reservation where he made all issues I’ve faced magically disappeared. I’ve requested so many tasks from him, and I always receive the best service and the best attitude with a smile. Both Tural & Turkan as well were supportive and friendly during check-in and checkout. Every single morning we were received and hosted by the wonderful Tural, the supervisor of the restaurant, who made us feel like we were at home.I am delighted and sure I’ll do my best to revisit this fantastic hotel, and I hope to see them all next time. The hotel was beautiful and relaxing, surrounded with greenery and has animals on site we saw chicken, ducks and horses. The views were amazing.The service was good, checking in and out didn't take long.Our reservation was half board with a breakfast and dinner buffet they had a great selection that suits everyone including kids. Drinks included canned juices, tea, black coffee, and milk only, soft drink and coffee like latte or cappuccino are to be paid separately. Flies and mosquitoes were a problem.Rooms were clean and all but the design is outdated. O hotel era lindo e relaxante, cercado de vegetação e tem animais no local, vimos galinhas, patos e cavalos. As vistas eram incríveis.O serviço foi bom, check-in e check-out não demorou muito.Nossa reserva era meia pensão com um buffet de café-da-manhã e jantar, eles tinham uma grande seleção que atende a todos, incluindo crianças. Bebidas incluídas sucos enlatados, chá, café preto e apenas leite, refrigerantes e café como latte ou cappuccino devem ser pagos separadamente. Moscas e mosquitos eram um problema.Os quartos eram limpos e todos, mas o design está desatualizado.

O hotel é um dos hotéis mais bonitos e luxuosos de Gabala. Conta com quartos amplos e villas.Cada villa tem o seu próprio jardim e estacionamento.Algumas das villas têm piscina privada.Os quartos também são amplos e bonitos, e a vista dos quartos é maravilhosa, com vistas maravilhosas sobre as montanhas de Gabala. O hotel é mais do que maravilhoso, com jogos para crianças, piscinas para adultos e crianças, um grande jardim com um belo café, ciclismo e muito mais. Há também uma entrada para o teleférico a partir do jardim do hotel. A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo a Gabala Land, Gabala Park Boulevard e Tufendag Cable Car. Há muitos restaurantes bonitos ao redor do hotel, e ao lado do hotel também há um belo e pequeno rio. O hotel fica perto da maioria dos lugares turísticos em Gabala. O café da manhã do hotel é mais do que excelente, variado e de variedades renováveis.O serviço no hotel é excelente. Agradeço-lhes muito pelos belos momentos que tive no maravilhoso resort.

O lugar é muito bonito e a vista é incrível Mas há má gestão e eles tentam zombar de você ou menosprezá-lo se você é do Golfo (alguns deles, não todos), ele olha para você inferiormente como se fosse ele que preferisse você ou sua casa às custas dele e sua psique é vergonhosa mesmo um sorriso não é claro que abriga o primeiro dia Eu passei uma noite em uma vila e duas noites em minha suíte real O dia em que vim para levá-lo, eu disse a ele em sua varanda, ele disse sim, eu paguei e entrei e descobri que tem uma janela grande, e a suíte que é menor que eu nela é uma sacada, e no dia que voltei pra ele, eu disse me leve de volta para a vila ou me dê uma suíte pequena na varanda. A primeira vez que você vier ao hotel e chegar à recepção, encontrará um funcionário chamado Tabriz, dê uma mão e não consulte, porque então você sentirá que não o acertou, 4 estrelas por causa do local apenas .

El hotel es uno de los hoteles más hermosos y lujosos de Gabala. Contiene grandes habitaciones y villas. Cada villa tiene su propio jardín y estacionamiento. Algunas de las villas tienen una piscina privada. Las habitaciones también son grandes y hermosas, y la vista de las habitaciones es maravillosa, con vistas maravillosas a las montañas Gabala. El hotel es más que maravilloso, con juegos para niños, piscinas para adultos y niños, un gran jardín con una bonita cafetería, ciclismo y mucho más. También hay una entrada al teleférico desde el jardín del hotel. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, al lado de Gabala Land, Gabala Park Boulevard y Tufendag Cable Car. Hay muchos restaurantes hermosos alrededor del hotel, y al lado del hotel también hay un hermoso y pequeño río. de los lugares turísticos en Gabala. El hotel era hermoso y relajante, rodeado de vegetación y con animales en el lugar, vimos pollos, patos y caballos. Las vistas eran increíbles.El servicio fue bueno, el registro y la salida no tardaron mucho.Nuestra reserva era media pensión con desayuno y cena buffet, tenían una gran selección que se adapta a todos, incluidos los niños. Las bebidas incluidas, jugos enlatados, té, café solo y leche solamente, refrescos y café como café con leche o capuchino se pagan por separado. Las moscas y los mosquitos eran un problema.Las habitaciones estaban limpias y todo menos el diseño está anticuado.

Um resort integrado e confortável, reservamos com café da manhã e jantar. Os dias são todos de nuvens e chuva leve. O clima não vai faltar. Se houver nuvens no mesmo resort, um teleférico o levará a 4 estações e o retornará em custo de 25 manh para pessoas, aproximadamente. Perto dele, você pode conhecer uma terra de caça e um doce passeio nele. Você pode dar um passeio. Também próximo está o famoso restaurante Exper e Khanlar Restaurant. Un resort integrado y confortable, lo reservamos con desayuno y cena. Los días son todo nubes y lluvia ligera. El tiempo no faltará. Si hay nubes en el mismo resort, un teleférico te llevará a 4 estaciones y te regresará a un costo de 25 manh por persona, aproximadamente. Cerca de él, puedes conocer una tierra de juegos y un dulce paseo en ella. Puedes salir a caminar. También cerca está el famoso restaurante Exper y Khanlar Restaurant. The hotel is very nice and I will definitely repeat my experience again. The staff is very very nice. The rooms are clean and have all the needs and the breakfast is more than wonderful. All the items are wonderful and very tasty. The area is beautiful and there are many activities, restaurants, children’s games and close to Qabala Land
