“Big and laxuary hotel but only one receptionist, long queue to check in. Not professional, they are talking photos using personal mobile not scan the passport using scanner. There is a Manger called elmed or something like this, we complain about noise from next room, they have children playing football inside the room and we couldn't sleep until 1 am. The receptionist promised to change the room next day but the guy elmed said ok go to your room we wil change it. But nothing and the noise all night, there is the sound insulation at all. If the phone on next room rang you thing it is yours. Will never go back there.”
