“My spouse and I travelled with our 1 year old dog the staff at the front desk was very accommodating. Check in was very quick and simple. Our room was clean and comfortable and it was quiet. We had 2 queen beds and a pretty decent view of the falls. Furniture is a-bit dated but it wasn’t a major concern. If you have pets and are coming to Niagara I would recommend this hotel.”

“Nice budget hotel….nothing too fancy but the beds are comfy and reasonable clean. Affordable when on a budget in Niagara. The room was reasonably clean. Bed was comfy. The hotel restaurant Turtle Jacks is very good. Check in was extremely slow. We have two small kids, and this was a bit annoying. Maid service is only every three days, this is a weak point as it’s nice to have your bed made at least.”
