“Pathetic experience. Firstly, they cancelled the room (with Falls view) we booked with a stating it was done due to storm damage. Staff at the reception weren’t apologetic of the situation and told us to cancel the room free of charge. Apparently, that’s the best they can do. Secondly, since the room we booked was cancelled, they gave us a standard room which had an old smell. The bathroom could use an upgrade. The shower was broken and water wouldn’t drain. Standard Room charge per night was $100 plus taxes. Definitely not worth that much. It’s best to avoid this hotel.”

“Great place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls. They are a hotel that accommodates pets. There aren’t too many decent hotels that will welcome your furry friend. Turtle Jacks restaurant is connected to the hotel where you can enjoy a decent meal whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. The room where we stayed was capable of accommodating 6 people: 2 queen size beds and a sofa bed. Was spacious and never felt cramped. The only complaint we have is there was a used mask and rubber gloves left by the previous guests behind the alarm clock, which shows that a thorough cleaning was not performed. Regardless of that, all in all a decent place to stay when you are visiting Niagara Falls. Rating - 3.5 stars out of 5”
