“This hotel is perfectly situated for a prime view of the falls. The view alone is why I rated this hotel so highly. Tremendously spectacular views of Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls! Room itself was decent, nothing really special besides the view (which you have to pay extra for to get a high floor - strongly recommended). A jetted tub was a nice surprise. Pool was small but adequate. Visited during the off season (after Labor Day) so during peak summer season the pool could be quite crowded. About a 15 min walk to Clifton Hill, where all the family attractions are. Plenty of restaurants close by. Overall, given the location and especially the views, I would for sure recommend this place and would definitely stay again in future visits.”

“My husband and I just stayed here and had a great experience. When we first walked in Alexa at the front desk was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. Our original room that we booked was under maintenance, and Alexa presented us with many options for us and was able to get us an even better room with a marvellous view of the falls! Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked! Hotel was close to many restaurants and we were able to walk to the falls boardwalk. Will recommend our friends and family to the Oakes!”
