“I have stayed at this hotel frequently over the years and I continue to return as I have never had a negative experience for the most part.
I did not like my room during this last stay but this fact does not take away from years of positive experiences.
What I LOVE about this hotel is the service I treatment I receive from the staff.
Special shout out to Mayra and Ignacio who were wonderful during my Dec. 2022 visit.”

“Through diligent research, I was at first in impressed by some of the reviews provided for this hotel. Upon arrival however, those wonderful reviews were not at all true. To begin, the first room we were given was infested with bugs. There were bugs in the bed, on the windows, and on the walls. When we mentioned this to the hotel staff, they did provided upmost respect and kindness by moving my family and I to another room. The second room reeked of mold and the bedding was damp. We also ate dinner there and the food unfortunately was awful. The steak was completely over cooked (literally burnt on one side) and the pasta we ordered was incredibly salty. My family and I had to leave the hotel because unfortunately it did not meet the expectations of the rating.”
