“Played a round of golf and dined in the casual bar setting. Dinner was a little pricey, but overall worth it. Split the lamb lollipop app (great seasoning), sea scallops (perfectly cooked on a very tasty risotto), and ribeye (cooked to order, great fatty ratio where I did not need to trim hardly any fat off). They certainly prepared all the proteins just right.”
