This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you for sure won't regret it.
Was visiting and played here with a buddy…this course was awesome! It was in good shape and the greens were really nice. The weather was perfect that day and I had a blast! They even loaned me a putter cause I was borrowing clubs from my friend and didn’t charge me…nice touch.

Todo mundo foi tão amigável e útil -excelente serviço durante toda a nossa estadia. Tudo o que precisávamos era trazido diretamente para nós, como um edredom ou água extra. O spa foi uma experiência maravilhosa com muitas opções e a área da piscina com cabanas de spa adorável. O restaurante era um belo lugar para relaxar, mas infelizmente os almoços e jantares ficaram aquém. A comida estava cozida demais e não atendeu às expectativas, com exceção do café da manhã, que estava delicioso. Para nosso reencontro, a Pousada Rancho Bernardo foi um local acolhedor para ficar.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful -excellent service throughout our stay. Anything we needed was brought right to us, such as a comforter or extra water. The spa was a wonderful experience with many options and the pool area with spa cabanas lovely. The restaurant was a beautiful place to relax, but unfortunately the lunches and dinners fell short. The food was overcooked and not up to expectations with the exception of breakfast which was delicious. For our reunion, Rancho Bernardo Inn was a welcoming place to stay.

Tivemos um fim de semana maravilhoso com 14 outros amigos/casais. Utilizamos a maioria das instalações maravilhosas ... do golfe aos tratamentos de spa para a cabana e jacuzzi's .. tudo foi uma grande experiência e diversão! Também gostamos das bandas ao vivo nas noites de sexta e sábado e que os menus nos restaurantes tinham algo para todos! Nós voltaremos!

We only stayed one night, however, it was a great experience. The room was awesome along with the restaurants on the resort. I'll be playing golf my next stay. The staff was great and helpful, thank you Rancho Bernardo inn!!

Had a wonderful weekend with 14 other friends/couples. We used most of the wonderful facilities... from golfing to the spa treatments to the cabana and jacuzzi's.. all was a great experience and fun time! We also enjoyed the live bands both Friday and Saturday nights and that the menus in the restaurants had something for everyone! We will be back!

Amo este lugar !! Minha terceira visita e é sempre igual. Ambiente calmo e sereno. Precisa de atualização - especialmente os banheiros - e mais iluminação é necessária ao redor do terreno. Eu entendo que há uma remodelação de vários milhões de dólares acontecendo em março de 2022 ... isso será maravilhoso. Eu volto então.

Meu marido e I hospedado aqui para nossa lua noite em novembro 2021. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e amigável, mas a estadia foi menos do que perfeita. Quando chegamos, havia vizinhos muito barulhentos ao nosso lado, então fomos transferidos para uma sala diferente (menor). Um membro da equipe ajudou-nos a nos mover, mas eu ainda estava com meu vestido de noiva e ficava subindo / descendo escadas com muitas coisas para carregar. Deveria ter pedido a ajuda de outra pessoa. O AC não funcionou o tempo todo que estivemos lá - pedimos para alguém dar uma olhada no dia seguinte e nunca foi consertado. Às 9h da manhã seguinte, acordamos com alguém martelando a calçada do lado de fora de nossa janela. Ligou para a recepção e eles conseguiram parar, mas ainda não é o que você deseja acordar para sua manhã de lua de mel. Eles renunciaram à taxa de US $ 35 / dia como compensação. O jacuzzi estava em más condições. Solicitaram várias vezes os panos e nunca recebemos o que solicitávamos. Muito decepcionado em geral. O grill foi incrível, excelente comida e serviço. Não posso recomendar para uma lua de mel, especialmente em $ 350 + por noite.

Love this place!! My third visit and it is always the same. Calm and serene environment. Needs updating though--especially the bathrooms--and more lighting is needed around the grounds. I understand there is a multi million dollar remodel happening in March 2022 ... this will be wonderful. I'll be back then.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon night in November 2021. Staff was very helpful and friendly but our stay was less than perfect. When we arrived there were very noisy neighbors next to us so we were moved to a different (smaller) room. A staff member cane to helo us move but I was still in my wedding dress and kept tripping up/down stairs with way too much stuff to carry. Should’ve asked for another person to help. The AC did not work the entire time we were there - we asked for someone to take a look the next day and it was never fixed. At 9am the next morning we woke up to someone jack hammering the sidewalk right outside our window. Called the front desk and they got them to stop but still not what you want to wake up to your honeymoon morning. They waived the $35/day fee as compensation. The jacuzzi was in bad repair. Requested washcloths multiple times and never got what we requested. Very disappointed overall. The grill was amazing, great food and service. Cannot recommend for a honeymoon, especially at $350+ a night.

My absolute favorite new place to stay while in the San Diego area for work. Located close to a winery, with charm all around and excellent service. Vicki, our waitress at the patio restaurant was great! Cannot wait to go back in 3 weeks.

Played a round of golf and dined in the casual bar setting. Dinner was a little pricey, but overall worth it. Split the lamb lollipop app (great seasoning), sea scallops (perfectly cooked on a very tasty risotto), and ribeye (cooked to order, great fatty ratio where I did not need to trim hardly any fat off). They certainly prepared all the proteins just right.

Nice resort, lots of little touches you don't see in modern places. Facility is older and it shows in some areas.
Rooms have that cabin feel and reminiscent of the 80s inside with enough modern flair to not make it feel real old.
Staff was friendly only issue was called guest services 2x for random things and they didn't pick up till a long time.
Parking is outrageous at $30 a night. There is tons of room for parking at the location it is somewhat isolated and not in a major city. I can see $10 being reasonable. Or how about making it free like tons of hotels in the area.
Walking around has an old castle feel to it, really cool...
If you want a unique stay, give this place a try!!!

The RBI is quite nice, service levels are high, the grounds are beautiful and sprawling, food and restaurant options all good. The rooms could use some sprucing up. Furniture is ok, itâs the walls...
