“I’ve been to PVR multiple times and I have stayed on Nayarit a few times. The resort is nice and staff are friendly. Bathroom toilet got plugged a couple of times and some power outlets did not work. Most of everything was available except the GYM. I did not see what was wrong with having the gym open since there was not a lot of people stay at the resort. I could not do my work outs so I ran outside instead. I did a SPA pedicure with friendly staff. The chairs were not comfortable and the bowl for your feet was small. No Jets and the staff had to use the same dirty water.”

Nós atualizamos para uma suíte, era melhor, mas a porta dos fundos estava quebrando o braço para fechar. A comida era basicamente tudo em estilo buffet, em vez disso eles serviam ou não. Eu estava morrendo por uma refeição que ainda estava quente. Até o café estava frio. Eu dei 3 porque a equipe foi incrível, eles realmente atenderam a todas as suas necessidades. Los hoteles RIU nunca me han fallado y en esta ocasión no fue la excepción. Quizá podría cambiar que el colchón de la habitación fuera un poco mas rígido pero todo lo demás excelente. La atención, el servicio, la comida, instalaciones, ubicación, todo estuvo increíble.

Un verdadero palacio!!! Ya había tenido la oportunidad de quedarme en otros RIU que no son categoría Palace y la verdad me quede asombrado. Desde que llegas sientes un trato muy cálido y amable, el personal se esmera mucho en que disfrutes al máximo tu estancia, las instalaciones son un lujo, desde la recepción, albercas, restaurantes, gimnasio, y las habitaciones simplemente fenomenales, cuentan con minibar con diferentes bebidas, jacuzzy todo super super confortable. Quede completamente maravillado y satisfecho con el servicio y la atención, pase una muy feliz estancia y me fui muy contento. Un único detalle fue que el mar estaba un poco revuelto por que es época de lluvias y tormentas. Volveré sin duda y si tienen oportunidad visítenlo.

Fantástica viagem em família. Bonito, resort com tudo incluído à direita na praia com muitas espreguiçadeiras. Piscina linda com atividades todos os dias. As espreguiçadeiras da piscina enchem rapidamente. O serviço foi impecável. A equipe é muito simpática e não poderia fazer o suficiente para nós. Tentei todos os 5 restaurantes e todos eles foram incríveis. Chegue cedo, caso contrário, há uma espera. Muita comida do café da manhã, almoço, jantar, serviço de quarto e lanches. Muitas bebidas, incluindo uma geladeira e dispensador de bebidas no quarto. Tinha uma suíte familiar de 2 quartos e era enorme. Todo o resort estava impecável, com funcionários higienizando tudo, incluindo cadeiras, paredes, pisos, tudo. Resort foi um passeio de 20 minutos do aeroporto. Simplesmente incrível!!! Definitivamente iria aqui novamente.

The food service is horrible. I have traveled very many places, 5 star hotels require a standard of etiquette and presentation. The food does not come close to being 5 star. The restaurants turn away guest during service hours, for what they claim as being booked. However, many tables are available that I could see. It’s all inclusive, yet you cannot enjoy the benefit due to lack of service, availability and it is not very appetizing. Therefore you are forced to spend more money to eat outside of the hotel because otherwise you may not eat. The drinks taste like pure water. Not sure what the hell they are doing to the alcoholic beverages but it’s not worth the money. Luckily I am the type of traveler that like to explore the city, because if I was counting on the “all inclusive” resort, I would have been very disappointed.

Fantastic family trip. Beautiful, all inclusive resort right on the beach with plenty of lounge chairs. Gorgeous pool with activities every day. The pool lounge chairs fill up quick. Service was impeccable. Staff are all very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Tried all 5 restaurants and they were all amazing. Get there early though, otherwise there is a wait. Plenty of food from breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service and snacks. Plenty of drinks, including a refrigerator and booze dispenser in the room. Had a 2 bedroom family suite and it was huge. The entire resort was spotless, with staff sanitizing everything, including chairs, walls, floors, everything. Resort was a 20 minute ride from the airport. Just amazing!!! Would definitely go here again.

Desde o início eu sabia que a estadia aqui seria ótima! A equipe nos cumprimentou e carregou nossa bagagem para fora do carro e começou a nos dar bebidas a poucos minutos de caminhada. Os quartos eram muito espaçosos e as vistas eram incríveis. A comida aqui é ótima, muita variedade, mas é difícil comer em alguns restaurantes, pois não há lugares suficientes. Recomendo de longe o restaurante Guacamole no lobby do resort! O oceano foi incrível aqui agradável e limpo junto com a praia! A equipe do bar foi a melhor parte do serviço aqui, pois Roger, Yeudi e Hugo, para citar alguns, foram excelentes e garantiram que eu fosse atendido com muita frequência! Os shows à noite são agradáveis e, em geral, a estadia aqui foi 10/10! Se você está procurando mais vida noturna, eu tentaria em outro lugar, mas ainda assim recomendo!

Maravilloso !! Pasamos una excelente semana en el Hotel!! Lo mejor la atención de todo el personal!! Cada detalle cuidado en la limpieza. La comida muy buena, recomiendo visitar los diferentes restaurantes. Los Show necesitarían algunos ajustes, pero son entretenidos. Las instalaciones excelentes. El mar buenísimo todos los días pudimos disfrutarlo, en sus diferentes intensidades,es supercálido!!

El hotel necesita una remodelacion urgente. Sigue igual que hace 15 años que lo visité. Muebles viejos, llaves del agua de baño de la habitación en mal estado. Toallas de la piscina horribles. Quitaron las reservaciones en los restaurantes y es imposible entrar a ellos. Para ser un Palace, está en muy malas condiciones. Lo salva un poco la excelente atención de todo el personal.

From the start I knew the stay here was going to be great! The staff greeted us and carried our luggage out the car and proceeded to give us drinks within minutes of walking in. The rooms were very spacious and views were amazing. The food here is great, lots of variety but it is hard to eat in some of the restaurants as there isn’t enough seating. I by far recommend the Guacamole restaurant in the lobby of the resort! The ocean was awesome here nice and clean along with the beach! The bar staff was the best part of the service here as Roger, Yeudi, and Hugo to name a few were excellent and made sure I was attended for very often! The shows at night are nice and overall the stay here was a 10/10! If you’re looking for more night life I’d try somewhere else but still highly recommend!

Me encantó el servicio, siempre amable y atento. La comida es exquisita, con una variedad muy amplia simplemente cada comida de cada día era increíble; junto a la mixología tanto de los restaurantes, los bares e incluso dentro de la propia habitación son servibar.

Son un completo desastre los restaurantes de especialidades, aunque llegues con más de hora de anticipación a su cierre ya no hay espacio. De todas las noches que estuve ahí solo pude comer un solo día. Debido a la cantidad de gente que hay, los restaurantes son super pequeños y es la primera vez que me sucede algo así, en los otros completos jamás había tenido un problema. La calidad de los alimentos buena. La limpieza de habitaciones buena. De manera general a todas las instalaciones de fuera les hace falta más cuidado, los camastros sucios de días anteriores, la parte superior dónde están éstos, que es un enrejado, súper sucio y te da la sensación de que se te va a caer todo el polvo que hay ahí.

Las mejores vacaciones de mi vida. Sin duda alguna fue el mejor servicio que he tenido. Todo el personal fue muy atento y amable desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Nunca nos discrimaron por ser mexicanos, aunque había más del 95% de turismo extranjero. La comida está increíble, abundante y muy rica, jamás tuve problemas por eso. La alberca en estado bueno a secas, quizá un poco de mantenimiento, las bebidas excelentes, buenos tequilas.Las habitaciones sin duda en buen estado, el aire enfriaba mucho y rápido. Las camas super cómodas.Sin duda regresaré y espero sea pronto. RIU se discutió con este servicio

SERVICIO: El servicio es espectacular, es de primera calidad. Todo el personal muy amable, atento y de excelente humor. La comida es deliciosa, en los restaurantes tienen mucha higiene.HABITACIONES: En cuanto a las habitaciones; su temática no me encanta, muy clásico, le vendría bien una remodelación, esta vez me tocó una con bastante humedad. Para ser un servicio premium, necesitan tener una limpieza más profunda, había veces que no barrían mi habitación o no me cambiaban las toallas.UBICACIÓN: Tiene una ubicación bastante cómoda, en esa avenida se encuentra gran variedad de hoteles.

Good hotel and staff.Food quality operated in steak House but plenty of volume. High quality drinks. Beach dirty as are beach chairs and sea water can be smelly and brownish not like the blue of gulf of mexico but this is not the fault of the hotel. Staff fantastic. Bathrooms need updating.My advice better to go to Gulf of Mexico side.Not for the independent traveller ...

The hotel is great. Others have said it’s dated, and it is, all the way back to the late 2000’s. It’s the cleanest hotel you will ever stay in and the service staff are all so good. Front desk, I’ll give 3 stars but everyone else is great. Food is very good also and since we have been staying here since it was built, I would say it has improved a lot over the years.Riu doesn’t really recognize returning guests and has no perks for rebooking at their hotels. We’ve stayed at Riu’s all over Mexico and Jamaica and the service had been good at all. If you’re a Marriott or Hilton person, you know what I mean about their appreciation for returning guests. Not so at Riu.That being said, this hotel is a very nice one.

Perfect place for a young couple. Very Luxurious vibe but low key, affordable and the pool bar is perfect for an umbrella drink with beautiful sunsets and responsive staff. We loved our stay. Bring a bundle of USA currency $1 dollar bills to tip each drink. The bartenders will love you and get you served the second you walk up.

Unfortunately it wasn't the same. Mold in our room. Only painted over it. Food not like before. Guacamole room was good. But steakhouse the steaks were tough and cold. Our shower floor tile was slippery where my husband fell and hurt himself. Service was off especially when you were the tourist and they tailored to the local passes guests. I pray they come back to be a 5 star resort like in the 2013 2014 2015.

A equipe aqui é fantástica. Super amigável e útil. As acomodações eram 'datadas', mas parece ser a vibração para combinar com um antigo tema de 'palácio'. Independentemente do quarto era extremamente limpo e bem abastecido com licor, água e misturadores. Comida era muito boa, o buffet foi o único lugar que não teve uma longa espera para o jantar. Eu definitivamente faria reservas ou colocaria seu nome à frente para os restaurantes japoneses e Fusion. Não em algum lugar que eu iria novamente como um jovem viajante individual porque parecia haver mais famílias e casais mais velhos aqui, mas se você preferir um resort mais tranquilo e limpo, este é para você!

The staff here is fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. Accommodations were 'dated' but it seems to be the vibe to go with an old 'palace' theme. Regardless the room was extremely clean and well stocked with liquor, water and mixers. Food was pretty good, the buffet was the only place that didn't have a long wait for dinner though. I would def make reservations or put your name ahead for the Japanese and Fusion restaurants. Not somewhere I would go again as a young solo traveler because there seemed to be more families and older couples here, but if you prefer a quieter and clean resort, this is for you!

La comida esta excelente, el servicio muy bueno muy amables. Lo que no me agrado honestamente es que en la alberca una chica vomito y lo único que hicieron fue echar un bote lleno de cloro, no limpian la Alberta durante el día ni la tarde y te encuentras con bolas de cabello en el fondo, insectos, mi hija saco un vaso de vidrio del fondo, no hay quien esté al pendiente de cuando los grupos de personas que están dentro de la alberca derraman sus bebidas o vomitan. Hay papeles en el fondo o detalles de basura. Y la falta de cuadritos de vitropiso en la alberca hace que uno se corte en especial la planta del pie. Si falta quien ponga en orden y limpieza durante el día la alberca (hay personas que van de vacaciones y la verdad dejan mucho tiradero dentro y fuera de la alberca).

Este hotel está sobre valorado/valuado, con lo que pagué podría haber ido a Cancún con todo y vuelo en un hotel todo incluido.Recepción: todo bien muy amables, fue rápido check in y check Out.Restaurantes: el "italiano" no es completamente italiano, tuvimos mala experiencia porque el mesero (masculino 1.75 delgado cabello rubio) dejó de atendernos porque prefirió atender a los extranjeros.Restaurante "internacional", algunos buenos meseros como el Sr. Juan que tiene calidez para atender al comensal, los chefs muy atentos, pero algunos meseros prefieren atender a extranjeros que a sus propios compatriotas mexicanos. Desayuno aburrido y monótono , siempre lo mismo, no hay variedad y diario lo mismo. Reciclan los guisados de todos los restaurantes,lo que veía en la comida en italiano lo veía en la cena en internacional.Restaurante: guacamole, no nos dejaron entrar porque no había cupo, eran las 9pm. Y atrás de nosotros iba una familia numerosa de extranjeros de "color" y si les permitieron la entrada (No lo veo justo).Alberca: falta mucho mantenimiento,hay partes donde te cortas por la falta de "cuadritos", agua fría, por lo que se pagó debería haber una infantil con toboganes. Los camastros de la alberca todo el día "da el sol" no tiene sombra, es incómodo.Ruiland: excelente atención de la señorita cabello chino, deberían extender el horario.Bar fuera de alberca: más meseros las bebidas llegan calientes, y extender el horario. Las bebidas están bien.Playa: horrible, das 3 pasos pisas piedras y hay un abismo, imposible nadar ahí.Sport bar: por lo que pagué el billar y juegos deberían ser gratis, 1 sólo Barman/Bar tender es poco.Habitación: mi hijo encontró un preservativo usadodebajo de la cama, no lo tocamos, ya estaba cuando llegamos, si lo buscan seguramente ahí seguirá por semanas, Habitación 2008. En el lavabo había fauna de plaga que salía,no supe que eran, saltaban. Habitación antigua parece de los 80s, parecía que estaba en un hotel antiguo de Estados Unidos. Joven que abastece frigobar muy amable. Era desagradable que tocaran a las 9am las camaristas, nos despertaban.Elevadores: era incómodo que sólo estuviera en uso 1 de 2. El aire del elevador apagado.Shows en teatro: muy pobres de bajo presupuesto.Tal y como lo dicen otros usuarios desafortunadamente prefieren atender a extranjeros que a sus mismos paisanos Mexicanos.Faltan más animadores en alberca. NO pienso regresar a este hotel, por el precio hay mejores opciones en otros lugares con mejores playas, atención y habitaciones acorde al precio.

I personally give Riu Palace Pacifico TEN STARS.My family booked the hotel, I decided to read reviews about the hotel to know what to expect or not expect.I read a few reviews which stated that some people’s personal items were stolen out of their room & out of the hotel safe.I was very spectacle and decided to not bring anything of value.However, that wasn’t the case for my fiancé and I. The hotel staff was EXTREMELY friendly. Very nice staff anything you ask them they will assist you. The lady working the pool. Completely forgot her name. She’s so nice and such a hard worker.Love that we can be at the pool and have drinks brought to us every hour. That mango tango was my go to drink.Our room was very nice too. I have ZERO complaints about the hotel & their service. We had ocean view which my fiancé insisted on having. Loved the view.Food was absolutely delicious, so much variety to choose from. Four restaurants to eat from, lots of dessert - just amazing.Pool was nice too. Yes, tiles are coming off but come on! 100 people in the pool everyday, the heat, the corine can damage the tiles as well. Still the pool was very nice. Very large pool. I enjoyed myself here.I would definitely recommend this hotel. Don’t get confused, there are three different RIU walking distance apart, I am only speaking about the one I actually stayed at..The Michael Jackson performance was very nice as well..

The best of the 3 Riu it used to be only adults. The service is amazing and everyone is friendly. I would have liked washrooms near the beach and another pool, but other than that everything was perfect, the shows, the food and all the staff.

Staff was incredibly friendly,resort was impeccably clean ( except pool ) and good selection of food/drink.Pool area is need of some updates, tiles are fades and cracked all over;pool furniture was old and worn out. The Rooms are very nice, great views; however the beds are extremely uncomfortable, it's what I would expect at a red roof inn.I understand with Covid,Travel is low and cash is tight for hospitality industry. For the price we paid, it's a fantastic place and I would recommend to anyone. When prices go back to normal,I would expect a little bit more.5 star to staff, 5 Star for cleanliness,4 star for Food and Beverages, 3 Star for Pool area, and 3 star forcomfortness.

Two of the most important things while vacationing are food and a good night of sleep. This hotel lacks of these two. Rooms are not soundproofed and it is impossible to have a good night of sleep listening to other guests above and next to the room plus the activity in the hallway that keps going throughout the night. The food is very basic and dinners are disgraceful. Breakfast and lunch buffet had food that did not have a good look and you could tell some of it was previous days leftovers. Dinner wasn't fresh and we noticed they were using buffet leftovers to prepare the dishes, particularly for the appetizers. A few examples: the prosciutto looked like jerky, it was warm, had hardened and changed to a dark looking color. The scallops were warm but uncooked. The salmon tartare had a weird taste, color, and the avocado had turned black. The lettuce was bland. Did not eat any of that, as we are trying to avoid food poisoning. The hotel is packed and doesn't look like they are in any way restricted from capacity due to covid. I do not feel safe and I'm trying to spend most of my time in the room and on the beach, limitating my visits to hotel common areas. FYI - they announce themselves as a resort, but it is not. It is just a beach front hotel. Do yourselve a favor and avoid it if you are used to refined stays. This is a bad quality hotel and I hope we can manage to leave without any disease or stomach issue please! Looking forward to go back home and have good quality drinks and food.

We enjoyed our time here. The pool and beach were nice. The waves were strong so it was difficult to swim. Lots of vendors at the beach, they aren't terribly pushy though.Drinks were always delicious. Food was good, sometimes. Breakfast was sub par and you only have the buffet as an option. Mexican restaurant upset my stomach and I have a strong stomach. Asian restraunts was delicious. Front desk always called us a cab and it was there in less than 5 minutes. Hotel is beautiful although we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs twice because the 6-8th floor buttons were broken in one of the elevators. The bed was decent,but the pillows were very hard. Not fully disappointed but not completely impressed

A comida é fantástica em todos os restaurantes, mas fiquei mais impressionado com a qualidade da comida encontrada nos buffets, pequeno-almoço, almoço ou jantar que ficou muito acima das minhas expectativas. Além disso, a equipe foi muito simpática e acolhedora em todos os momentos. Se você der gorjeta, com certeza receberá mais atenção para as bebidas que serão trazidas, então definitivamente traga algum dinheiro da gorjeta, mas mesmo se você não fizer isso, eles são muito amigáveis e fazem de tudo para ajudar.A melhor bebida é, de longe, no interior e não na piscina exterior. Eu tomei alguns drinques ótimos lá fora, mas a maioria deles estava apenas boa. A piscina era muito bonita e estava bem quente quando visitamos, mas quando chove esfria. A única coisa lamentável é que o bar aquático fechava o resto do dia se alguém vomitasse nele, o que aconteceu duas vezes enquanto estivemos aqui.Os quartos eram abastecidos com cerveja, refrigerante e água para que você sempre tivesse algo à mão quando subir no quarto e quando limpar durante o serviço de quarto, eles fazem um trabalho incrível. Nosso quarto sempre cheirava muito fresco e os pisos de areia da praia eram limpos. A única desvantagem é que a chave do nosso quarto precisa ser constantemente reprogramada, mas isso pode acontecer devido ao fato de termos as chaves do cartão muito perto de nossos telefones.A última coisa é que a praia tem muitos fornecedores e eles sobre o preço de quase tudo, exceto massagens (US $ 20 por 1 hora de massagem, mas a maioria desceu para US $ 17, que era muito caro em minha opinião, especialmente em comparação com o que o resort está pedindo). Os aluguéis de jet ski variam de acordo com o quão ignorante você parece, porque eu recebia preços diferentes toda vez que vinha e perguntava. This resort was fantastic! The food is amazing at all the restaurants, but I was impressed most with the quality of food found in he buffets, breakfast, lunch, or dinner it was way above my expectations. Also, the staff was very friendly and accommodating at all times. If you tip you will definitely get more attention for drinks to brought to you so definitely bring some tip money, but even if you don't they are very friendly and go out of their way to help.
The best drink are by far indoors and not at the outdoor pool. I've had a couple great drinks out there but most of them were only okay. The pool was very beautiful and it was pretty warm when we visited but when it rains it cools it off. The only unfortunate thing was that the swim up bar get closed for the rest of the day if someone throws up in it, which happened twice while we stayed here.
Rooms were stocked with beer, soda, and water so you always have something on hand when up in the room and when clean during room service they do an amazing job. Our room always smelled very fresh and the sandy floors from the beach were cleaned. Only downside was that our room key constantly need to be reprogrammed but that could due to us having the card keys too close to our phones.
Last thing is that the beach has many vendors and they over price just about everything except massages ($20 per 1hr massage but most came down to $17 which was very underpriced in my opinion, especially compared to what the resort is asking). Jet ski rentals fluctuate based on how ignorant you look, because I got different prices every time I came and asked. The highest I heard of $70 for a half hour, but I got them down to $55. Also, the guys with them most jet skis objectively had the best ones, the dudes with only 2 jet skis were not functioning properly or went significantly slower. Long story short, haggle on any rental, item, or excursion, you will save money!

This was our fifth trip to this resort. Service and food were second to none! There are a few issues however. The pool needs some TLC. There were numerous loose tiles on the bottom and grout needs to be refreshed. The two in pool Jacuzzis were also not functioning. We also noticed that one of the under water pool lights removed from it's wall housing in the bar area. While this should be expected in a 10-year plus property, it still should be addressed. The main focal point of the grand fountains were also not functioning. Just wasn't as Palace like as previous visits.

Stay started out pretty good. Several food options however you can only eat at buffet and breakfast and lunch. Other restaurants only open for dinner. Drinks are good but made very weak (to be expected at all inclusive). The day before we were leaving we went down for some coffee and I forgot my purse in the room. Went back upstairs less than 30 minutes later and found $80 missing. Security is doing an “investigation” but all I got told was that you should put your belongings in the safe. Of course we should, I normally do but forgot and left the room for a short period of time. During that time it does appear that cleaning staff was there. I’m out $80 and was given a lecture. Not a great experience at all. I also don’t recommend taking a taxi from there. They will try charging you way too much.

This review is long over due. Don't question it, just do it & book it. Amazing stay ! The hotel is designed so that all rooms face the ocean, which is insanely amazing! It is all inclusive food and drinks, and being Mexican I can say some big hotels water down their food, Riu did no such thing. Everything was delicious and scrumptious 😋. Do yourself a favor - if you're in Mexico stick to tropical drinks, Mexican beer, and tequila or mezcal. They have a pretty good selection and always make sure you're taken care of. Check out their Spa. It is a zen zone for sure! Totally worth it. Staff is kind and friendly, ask them for recs and where they eat on their time off. Gave us pretty good recs.

Eu tive um tempo incrível !! Gerardo, meu servidor da piscina, fez um ótimo trabalho certificando-se de que eu era bem cuidado. Especialmente considerando que estava viajando sozinho. Bruno sempre me cumprimentou pela manhã com um sorriso amigável. O resort tinha um ótimo serviço e eu estava ansioso para o café da manhã todos os dias !! Estava uma delícia. Eu gostaria de ter sabido que os caiaques eram parte do plano tudo incluído, eu os teria usado todos os dias! Eu voltarei em breve!!

I had a amazing time!! Gerardo, my server by the Pool, did such an amazing time making sure I was taken care of. Especially considering I was traveling alone. Bruno always greeted me in the morning with a friendly smile. The resort had great service and I looked forward to breakfast everyday!! It was delicious. Covid ready and ultra clean. Room immaculate a spacious. Whirlpool tub worth the upgrade. Balcony view will have your family jealous. Food was great in buffet. The guacamole restaurant was average and was very americanized Mexican food. The Japaneserestaurant is NO STARS AVOID AT ALL COST! steak was served cold and tough as a shoe. Raps tasted like lettuce from a truck. Dessert were uninspired and feeble tries at being gourmet.The show are free and are hit or miss depending on day. Beach is safe and quiet. Pools were fun drinking smoking allowed in pools. CHEAP LIQUOR SRVED POOL SIDE if you dibt see them mix it you sing getting anything top shelf. Walk yourself to bar and order high end drinks. Rooms did not have hard liqour as posted on line. FLOORS DANGEROULY SLIPPERY IN WASHROOM AND SENIOR COULD BE INJURED. Many restaurant closed on various days due to covid. Covid test quick and easy plus free.

A atenção dos funcionários é muito boa, eles fazem você se sentir mimado e querem ficar mais tempo. Instalações limpas e nestes dias de pandemia têm bons controles. Quanto à comida, a comida do restaurante buffet é bem variada e muito boa, mas desta última vez foi no restaurante especial que não gostei tanto, era servido frio e dava vontade de voltar ao buffet .

É um resort mais antigo que poderia usar algumas atualizações para os quartos. As banheiras são velhas e os buracos estão remendados, não planeje tomar banho. Nós atualizamos para uma suíte, era melhor, mas a porta dos fundos estava quebrando o braço para fechar. A comida era basicamente tudo em estilo buffet, em vez disso eles serviam ou não. Eu estava morrendo por uma refeição que ainda estava quente. Até o café estava frio. Eu dei 3 porque a equipe foi incrível, eles realmente atenderam a todas as suas necessidades. Retire o bastão e a pontuação será reduzida para 1,5. Sirva comida quente e fresca e você receberá um 4.

La atención del personal es muy buena te hacen sentir consentido y te dan ganas de quedarte más tiempo. Las instalaciones limpias y en estos días de pandemia tienen buenos controles. En cuanto a la comida la de los restaurant de buffet está bien variada y muy buena pero en esta última ocasión que fue los restaurant especiales no me gustaron tanto, se servía frío y te daban ganas de regresar al buffet.

Nice all inclusive hotel with everything you need on site. The bartenders struggle to make the drinks taste like they should but at least you knew they were strong. They conducted temperature checks on all the guests and made them use hand sanitizer as well. They also temperature checked all the taxi and truck drivers that made deliveries to the property. They have a very nice private beach and you can walk for miles in both directions.The location is a bit of a distance from downtown so there are limited options for those wanting to explore things close by.

Its an older resort that could use some upgrades to the rooms. The bathtubs are old and holes are patched, don't plan on taking a bath. We upgraded to a suite, it was better but the back door was arm breaking to close. The food was basically all buffet style, rather they served it or not. I was dying for a meal that was still hot. Even the coffee was cold. I gave it a 3 because the staff was amazing, they really catered to your every need. Take the staff out and it would drop the score to a 1.5. Serve hot food that's fresh and you will get a 4.

Regarding the bedrooms are very nice, some of the has a balcony others have bathtub.

Recomendado por un excelente lugar, sin embargo le falló un poco en atención, fuimos de Luna de miel, llegando el que nos recibió fue muy grotesco, no todos en servicio están a la altura del lugar. Ubicación, playa, alimentos, instalaciones todo excelente. Respecto a cama de habitación, un poco incómodos, parece camas ya muy viejas. Claro que vuelvo esperando mejores expectativas.

Es uno de los mejores RIU dónde he estado, 100% recomendable, el servicio es muy bueno, el personal es sumamente amable, los alimentos muy ricos y variados,las bebidas dependiendo de quién las prepare van de buenas a regulares, la playa está muy limpia, sin duda regresaría.

We were here in September with just my wife and youngest who was 2 at the time and has such a fantastic time even during covid that we decided to come back Thanksgiving weekend. It was great coming back and having so many of the staff specially the people serving drinks at the pool remember us and welcomed us back when they saw us. Just like before they were very attentive and we got new drinks before our glasses were even empty. The management had a welcome back letter in our two bedroom suite with chocolates as well. The service in the specialty restaurants were great and the property was clean! In September there were a few places like in the sports bar that had water leaking from the ceiling but this time around you wouldn't have even known it. Everything looked new and clean!I did have 2 things though that I was not too happy about. I'm September they had fresh large shrimp in their pasta again in Toscana's for lunch and some of the best mussels I've had in Mexico cooked fresh. This time around in the 5 days there they didn't have shrimp once in the lunch pasta station and the mussels in any of the restaurants were much smaller and want as good. Maybe it was cooked then frozen then re-cooked so the texture was mushy.The other thing is at the pool they had little tables set up by RIU land in the shade so kids can do crafts. It stayed empty all morning so after a short swim I took my 3 year old over and asked the attendant if my daughter could do a craft. She asked how old she was so I told her 3. The attendant apologized and said only 4yrs of and up can do crafts. I asked if she could make an exception since there was not a single kid there and there hadn't been all morning. The attendant again refused but did give her a small coloring book. My daughter goes to school and does crafts every day and I think it was pretty silly that they wouldn't let her do any crafts. She was really disappointed as well.Aside from those two things everything else was great! The Michael Jackson show was entertaining and the bartenders made good drinks. Will definitely visit again in the future. Also big shout out to the server in Guacamole that recommended the Mexican coffee and provide a for show!

I’ve been to PVR multiple times and I have stayed on Nayarit a few times. The resort is nice and staff are friendly. Bathroom toilet got plugged a couple of times and some power outlets did not work. Most of everything was available except the GYM. I did not see what was wrong with having the gym open since there was not a lot of people stay at the resort. I could not do my work outs so I ran outside instead. I did a SPA pedicure with friendly staff. The chairs were not comfortable and the bowl for your feet was small. No Jets and the staff had to use the same dirty water.

Hoy regresamos, el servicio de alimentos y la atención de meseros excelente!!! Lamentablemente ALTÍSIMO el riesgo de contagio COVID. Al ser bufet todos tomamos las mismas cucharas, no desinfectan sillas ni mesas, las manijas de las sillas súper sucias. Me di cuenta porque llevaba toallitas desinfectantes y cada que nos asignaban mesa yo limpiaba las manijas... súper sucias. También llevaba gel antibacterial para después de servirnos ponerno gel. A los niños chiquitos no les exigen cubrebocas y son los que quedan a nivel de los alimentos. No les exigen estarse poniendo gel a los meseros o lavarse las manos en determinado tiempo.El mobiliario de las habitaciones también sucio, todo grasoso y aunque usábamos el distintivo verde para usar las mismas toallas siempre nos dejaron limpias pero no se llevaban las usadas. Entonces terminamos como con 16 toallas.En el elevador sin gel

Staff was excellent! The decor is dated. The jacuzzi bath tubs can barely fit one person, but are in every room. Honestly, for there to be a pandemic going on the pool was overcrowded, and the kiddie pool was closed so all the kids were in the pool bar area diving and jumping all over. I think I got food poisoning from the cevice or the shrimp in the buffet, which was also way overcrowded during a pandemic. We ate outside most of the time, but it was packed everywhere. The dinner options were decent, with the Fusion restaurant being the best. I expected the Mexican restaurant to be better. There was no room service, late night food was microwavables, fruits,, and salads at the sports bar, which was normally empty everytime I was hungry. At the end of the day its a decent hotel, but probably not going to be my 1st choice next time I'm in PV.

Really good experience. The cleanest place as possible even highest windows are really neat. Drinks and food at your own limits. Workers are all very good Hosts. Family environment all around. The lobby smells old and looks like a musium from xix century, but swimming pool ur very large and comfortable.

The hotel is so beautiful, secure, room is huge, it has bedroom section, couch, table, dinning table, amazing sea view. Staff is friendly, my favorite guy at “La Pelensuila” (hope I spell it right) was Juan, sweet and friendly, knew my preferences in drinks and had it ready for me. At “Guacamole” restaurant, David and Roberto were my guys, and get a Mexican coffee, you won’t regret it, and Adriana always greets you with a smile. A girl at massage bungalow, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but she was amazing, best massage I ever had. And if you go now, enjoy tropical storm. Definitely coming back!!

Pagamos um monte de dinheiro com AAA para passar uma semana aqui. Este lugar é classificado como um hotel de 4 diamantes e 5 estrelas em qualquer outro lugar. Dou 5 estrelas à equipe, pois eles são muito úteis e agradáveis. A comida era boa, mas provavelmente ficamos doentes por causa dos frutos do mar, pois às vezes eu achava que a comida tinha ficado de fora por muito tempo ou ficava cozida demais; seco e duro. O quarto que recebemos era bom, mas coisas como a geladeira não funcionava e o assento do vaso sanitário parecendo ter queimado com um isqueiro fizeram o hotel parecer que eles não prestavam atenção aos detalhes e não eram dignos de um 5 estrelas. O hotel precisa de alguns reparos. A praia, piscina, amenidades e shows eram bons.

We paid allot of money with AAA to spend a week here. This place is rated a 4 diamond hotel and 5 star everywhere else. I give the staff 5 stars as they are VERY helpful and pleasant. The food was good but we did get sick probably from the sea food as at times I felt the food was left out too long and or the food got cooked too much; dry and hard. The room we got was nice but things like the fridge not working and the toilet seat looking like it got burned with a lighter made the hotel look like they did not pay attention to detail and not worthy of a 5 star. The hotel is in need of some repairs. The beach, pool, amenities and shows were good.
