The rooms were clean, food was great! I loved the beach and the atmosphere was great! The staff was always willing to take care of anything you need. Especially want to thank the nurse Sylvia for helping me out the day before flying back home I started a UTI and she help me right away. My husband and I got a massage from Celine and Vanessa it was great and they were so friendly the whole time of our stay. The only thing was it was hard to get in some of the nicer restaurants they were always booked but on the other hand there was always food and it was good food. We also went on some excursions and we loved all of them we even got to see humpback whales on a tour. The people on the island were also friendly.

Quaint compared to the other 2 sandals resorts on the island. Still lovely with a quieter vibe. Nice restaurant out over water. A few hawkers walked thru the beach but no pressure to buy just had a nice short chat. Good vibes all around. Fantastic place to visit.

Adoramos nosso tempo. Teria gostado de ter mais opções de comida, opções de pizza (lugar italiano sem pizza?), sorvete, lanche pequeno e chocolate / lanches doces. We went this this sandals in November of 2019 and loved our experience. The staff, food, and resort were wonderful. Beautiful grounds and pools, along with a wonderful beach to relax on.

We loved our time. Would have liked to have more food options, options for pizza (Italian place with no pizza?), ice cream, small grab and go chocolate/sweet snacks. Was told we’d get some special welcome treats for our honeymoon but that didn’t happen. Our helicopter ride was 4 hours late (after paying $500 for the ride). We loved our experience but there could have definitely been improvements along the way.

Couples only all inclusive resort. We enjoyed our holiday. Lots of positives vegan options good but no vegan desserts unfortunately

We went to the Sandals Halcyon Beach to celebrate our 50th Wedding anniversary.It was all that we expected: Quiet, Romantic and so very Relaxing.Like other comments, we were pampered. That said, the housekeeping didn’t always refill the coffee in our room, and we had to call to have it delivered on three occasions. There is one safety concern that your guests need to be aware of when booking one specific tour.It’s (listed as a new tour) the “Mt. Pimard Hike”.Nowhere in the description does it mention to bring adequate water with you, nor that it’s a strenuous hike.The first half is fairly easy. It’s when you start ascending that you realize just how difficult it will be.There are 5 knotted ropes that each climber is required to use yo get to the top.We’re in pretty good shape and it still took some effort.After the hike, we went online to read reviews from others.Most said, good hike with good views, but that it’s quite strenuous.Some reviews further state that some folks couldn’t make it to the top. Suggest your description be modified to include that this hike is strenuous, hikers need to wear close toed shoes and bring two bottles of water for each hiker. You might also considering mentioning that guests with physical limitations should not embark on this excursion. Thanks for creating such a wonderful experience for our special occasion.

If you are looking for a romantic, tropical, all-inclusive resort, this is it. Very intimate and laid back, but with all the amenities you could want. Great restaurants. No high-rise buildings. Tallest structure is two stories. Many beachfront walkout rooms. My wife and I have visited Sandals Halcyon Beach several times over the past 21 years. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Some have been there for the entire 21 years since our first visit.

These were as follows: --> Robes were supposed to be in the room but weren't.It took three calls and on one call we were told that there wasn't a delivery, hence the lack of availability.However, after the third call, we rec'd the robe. --> Because of a tour we needed our room cleaned before we left for the tour.We spoke to housekeeping and the front desk several times to request that the room get cleaned before 3pm.They finally came to clean the room at 4:30pm. --> In room liquor and glasses were supposed to be replaced each day.It wasn't.Had to call several times to get this done. --> We made reservations online before getting to the hotel for a sunset cruise.When confirming the tour the day before we were told that the cruise was not available that day.No one informed us. --> We tried to make reservations for one of the restaurants but were told there was a problem with their reservation computer system and that the reservations would be made later in the day when the computer problem was fixed and we would then be notified.We were never notified and when we got to the Japanese restaurant we were told that there wasn't a reservation for us. --> After ordering food at their outside restaurant we waited for 35 minutes before I inquired about our food.Without telling us the status of our order we waited another 15 minutes without getting our food before getting up and attempting to leave.As we were about the leave our food came.As I said, the hotel is beautiful but there seems to be a lack of communication among staff and no one seems to be in charge.To qualify to be a five-star hotel there must also be good service.That is the one thing missing.

Incredible holiday in an amazing location. Loads to do. Even the scuba is included if you have your license. Food is amazing.

Tivemos uma excelente visita pela segunda vez para o nosso 30º aniversário. Com certeza faremos uma terceira viagem no futuro. Marissa, na recepção, foi T-H-E Best !! Ela fez as reservas para o jantar, respondeu a todas as nossas perguntas e planejou uma surpresa especial de aniversário em nosso quarto.

This was an excellent resort and we had an amazing vacation. The staff is all super friendly and very attentive. The food was very good. And st. Lucia is beautiful. Will definitely consider going back or to a different Sandals resort.

A true Garden of Eden in paradise! Polished, professional and friendly staff. We enjoyed the laid back vibe of this resort. Strictly enforced Covid protocols made us feel safe throughout our stay. We were married during our trip and it was near perfection thanks to the staff and of course the location was just gorgeous!!! loved it

Just returned from a 10 Day holiday. Hotel is stunning and food is first Class. What really made my holiday was the staff on the resort. They are just amazing each and everyone one of them. They made us feel more like family rather than a customer, nothing was to much trouble. I have come away with the most amazing memories thank you so much 😊

Sandals Halcyon Beach was top notch. We were there 6 nights and did 2 excursions. The resort is calm and felt very intimate. No building is more than 2 stories, and it is an easy walk anywhere on the property. The restaurants were awesome, the beach had plenty of space, and the water sports were great. My wife’s favorite part was the evening shows, especially the Broadway show. Amazing the talent on such a small island. Finally - the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was great to interact with all of them and hear their stories. Pro Tip - Do the excursions!! They are awesome and really helped us see the island beyond the resort.

Sandals Halcyon was gorgeous, serene and the most incredible spot for our honeymoon. All of the staff were extremely personable and accommodating the entire time. The staff was also very kind, happy and did whatever they could to make the experience enjoyable. The resort itself was absolutely stunning, with great rooms and incredible views from anywhere on the island. Everything you need can be found on the resort and it was nice to be able to enjoy all aspects of the resort. There was a great variety of restaurants and food. Our favorite places were Mario’s (Italian cuisine), Kelly’s Dockside and Soy for sushi. The food from all restaurants were delicious. If you have an opportunity to do a private couples dinner, I highly, highly recommend it. The food we ate during our dinner was by far the best meal we had during our stay. I enjoyed that each day the bars had a specialty drink to try. St. Lucia is truly stunning, we loved our time at the resort and hope to come back to St. Lucia!!

Stunning surroundings, great all inclusive food and drink..some areas looking a little tatty although our room was fantastic- maybe already upgraded? Several of our party requested a room move. Most staff were super friendly, but there were more than a couple who had a bit of an attitude sadly..

Had our honeymoon here, never having been to an all-inclusive. Me being skeptical, I was expecting there would be a "catch" somewhere, but there never was, truly. We had a fantastic experience and loved the more intimate atmosphere of this smaller resort, and having the option to visit the larger resorts too. The beach is awesome, and the entire staff was wonderful. The dining options might get a little repetitive if you have an extended stay, but the food was great and you can dine at the larger Sandals too. We loved it so much we visited again the next year (though I might recommend not hitting the same island twice in a row) and had a great experience again, with even some of the staff remembering us from the first time.

We were married at the resort several years ago and returned to celebrate a big anniversary. The resort is amazingly well maintained and felt just as clean and lovely as it did on our previous visit! The resort has less than 200 rooms, so even when it is filled to capacity there are only 400 guests onsite. The layout allows for it to seem like it never really busy – which is just what we wanted. The new ribbon pool was a great addition. The landscaping around the new pool section was done so well that it feels like it has always been there. The walk-out rooms in the 600 section (and the buildings on either side) are great as they front onto the newly added pool section.

Ok. It is St. Lucia. A beautiful Caribbean island. But I would not choose to stay there. A little small and very dated looking. There are many better choices to choose from. Perfect for some, just not for us.

Booked this vacation back in April. Food and drinks were excellent. Entertainment was great. Activities were endless. There was always something to do. Room was awesome. There were even stray cats on the property - which I love personally. The reason why I’m giving this Sandals 3 stars is because of the customer service. In my opinion, it was quite poor during my stay. I was disappointed with the staff a few times with how they handled certain situations while I was staying. Although beautiful and charming, I will probably not be returning to Sandals. It is not my first choice for an all inclusive. Customer service is truly everything in my eyes. It’s unfortunate that it was a let down especially for the money you pay.
