“Muy buen servicio, gente amable. es un hotel para descansar en pareja.”
— MaX
“Very over-rated resort. Don't waste the extra premium at this place. There seemed to be no communication amongst the staff. Orders were incorrect at all meals. Service was very slow in some places. We were there for a friend's wedding and two days before they were still trying to get details of when and where. Butlers were never on time and staff kept making up excuses for not coming through. Our friends Honeymoon breakfast was never delivered. Then showed up without notice a day late with only food for one not two. It got to the point where we were making bets on how many mistakes would be made. Sandals promotes great service but they just don't deliver. Staff are either over-worked or really under-trained and no one owns any of the mistakes. Nice grounds and good food but there are many resorts that have that now at much less cost. Sandals should spend more on their staff, and less on advertising.”
