“Recentemente, minha família e eu visitamos Vancouver e nos hospedamos no Shangri-La Hotel.O hotel está bem conservado e mantido. A equipe é calorosa e convidativa. Nossa suíte era espaçosa e confortável, além de ser mantida limpa e fresca.Também tivemos jantar e café da manhã no Restaurante Market (no local) em várias ocasiões. A comida foi executada na perfeição, os produtos frescos sazonais ganharam destaque, além dos incríveis frutos do mar.O serviço do hotel com manobrista através da gestão foi perfeito.A equipe é experiente, acessível, oferece assistência e é muito profissional. Gostaria de agradecer a Vincent Wong (gerente de serviço do hotel) e Mitchell Kerr (gerente do restaurante) pelo acompanhamento e por garantir que nossa experiência foi perfeita.
