Eu amei minha estadia aqui para o meu aniversário no passado! O hotel tinha atualizado meu quarto e foram tão gentis. Eles também me deixaram um cupcake e algumas guloseimas enquanto eu estava jantando. Uma das minhas estadias favoritas e um lugar para o qual eu definitivamente voltarei! O próprio hotel era tão bonito e limpo também!

A luxury hotel in downtown Vancouver. All of restaurants are great particularly its Chinese restaurant as the chef is from Hong Kong .

I loved my stay here for my birthday in the past! The hotel had upgraded my room and were so kind. They also left me a cupcake and some treats while I was out at dinner. One of my favourite stays, and a place I will definitely be coming back to! The hotel itself was so beautiful and clean as well!

This review isn't based on our stay as we weren't staying here but it is based on how rudely we were treated last night by a staff member when we had a parking discrepancy and inquired about it as we weren't sure if the parking lots were connected. He was very rude and treated us like we were a nuisance.

I built this hotel in 2006-2008 from the bottom to the top !!! 7 levels parking lot underground, 53 ' long column in front of main entrance, outside swimming pool .Really good hotel to stay on it !!!

Tenho ficado em outros hotéis 5 estrelas em Vancouver e este foi de longe o melhor ainda! Check in / out foi muito suave, serviço de manobrista foi fantástico, e todos os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos, prestativos e calmantes durante toda a nossa estadia. Os toques pessoais foram extremamente atenciosos, como o adorável urso de pelúcia para meu sobrinho; Também devo observar que nunca encontrei outro hotel até hoje, que forneça um sistema de lixo para baldes de fraldas para quando você estiver viajando com um bebê ou criança pequena, que foi muito apreciado! O nosso quarto era espaçoso, extremamente limpo e luminoso. Muita tecnologia moderna e atualizações óbvias. O banheiro era espaçoso e luxuoso, eu não poderia esperar nada melhor. O café-da-manhã no quarto foi delicioso e a apresentação foi de alto nível. Não consigo imaginar ficar em nenhum outro lugar de agora em diante. Muito obrigado pela extraordinária hospitalidade!

Um hotel incrível, com uma equipe maravilhosa! Todos durante a nossa estadia se esforçaram para fazer desta uma viagem memorável, e eu não posso agradecê-los o suficiente.Os nossos quartos foram mantidos de forma excelente pelos atendentes de quarto, concierge e serviços de hóspedes, conhecimento da cidade e disponibilidade foram excelentes. O café da manhã estava delicioso, e os funcionários lá sempre foram tão bons. Coisas pequenas como lembrar nossa bebida preferida do dia a dia realmente deram um toque pessoal. A comida do Ginger Bar também estava deliciosa.Muito obrigado por uma estadia tão fantástica!

I have stayed at other 5 star hotels in Vancouver and this was by far the best yet! Check in/out was very smooth, valet service was fantastic, and all staff were extremely friendly, helpful and calming throughout our stay. The personal touches were extremely thoughtful such as the adorable stuffed bear for my nephew; also should note that I have never come across another hotel to this day, that provides a diaper pail garbage system for when you’re travelling with an infant or toddler, that was very appreciated! Our room was spacious, extremely clean and bright. Lots of modern day technology and obvious upgrades. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, I couldn’t have expected anything better. In-room breakfast was delicious and presentation was top notch.I can’t imagine staying anywhere else from now on. Thanks so much for the extraordinary hospitality!

An amazing hotel, with the most wonderful staff! Everyone during our stay went out of their way to make it a memorable trip, and I can’t thank them enough. Our rooms were excellently maintained by the room attendants, concierge and guest services knowledge of the city and helpfulness were superb. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff there were ever so good. Small things like remembering our drink of choice from day to day really gave the personal touch. The food in the Ginger Bar was also delicious. Thanks so much for such a fantastic stay!

Nunca fui tão mimado. O quarto tinha uma vista soberba dos edifícios da cidade. Há grandes janelas panorâmicas com vista soberba da cidade, a única desvantagem era a TV de 55 '' que ficava no caminho da vista. Eu sugiro que eles removam. Quem precisa de televisão quando tem essa bela vista da cidade!Bela varanda privada com muito espaço e mobiliário moderno.Luxuosa casa de banho com televisão e mármore em todo o lado. Belo banho também. O chuveiro é um pouco difícil de entender, mas o spray era poderoso.Bom lobby. O hotel usa perfume um pouco demais no saguão e nos corredores. Foi um pouco irritante.O hotel fica a uma curta caminhada de uma rua repleta de lojas e restaurantes.Adorei minha estadia. Voltaria novamente.

Recentemente, minha família e eu visitamos Vancouver e nos hospedamos no Shangri-La Hotel.O hotel está bem conservado e mantido. A equipe é calorosa e convidativa. Nossa suíte era espaçosa e confortável, além de ser mantida limpa e fresca.Também tivemos jantar e café da manhã no Restaurante Market (no local) em várias ocasiões. A comida foi executada na perfeição, os produtos frescos sazonais ganharam destaque, além dos incríveis frutos do mar.O serviço do hotel com manobrista através da gestão foi perfeito.A equipe é experiente, acessível, oferece assistência e é muito profissional. Gostaria de agradecer a Vincent Wong (gerente de serviço do hotel) e Mitchell Kerr (gerente do restaurante) pelo acompanhamento e por garantir que nossa experiência foi perfeita. Também gostaria de dizer “Obrigado” ao Tom (atendente do restaurante) pela experiência incrível e pelo serviço excelente.O hotel está perfeitamente localizado. Perto de lojas e restaurantes. Além de uma curta caminhada para Gas Town (10 minutos ou mais) ou para Granville Island boat Ferry (20-30 minutos).Você não ficará desapontado se ficar aqui. Altamente recomendado.

I never been so pampered. The room had a superb view of the city buildings. There is great panoramic windows with superb city scape the only drawback was the 55' inch TV that was in the way of the view. I suggest they remove it. Who needs television when you have this great view of the city!Nice private balcony with lots of space and modern furniture.Luxuriant bathroom with tv and marble everywhere. Nice bath also. The shower is a little bit difficult to understand but the spray was powerful.Nice lobby. The hotel use a bit too much perfume in the lobby and hallways. It was a bit irritating.The hotel is walking distance to a street filled with stores and restaurants.Loved my stay. Would go back again.

My family and I recently visited Vancouver, and we stayed at The Shangri-La Hotel.The hotel is well kept and maintained. The staff is warm and inviting.Our suite was roomy, comfortable in addition to being maintained clean and fresh.We also had dinner and breakfast @ Market Restaurant (on premise) on several occasions. The food was executed perfectly, fresh seasonal produce was highlighted in addition to amazing seafood.The service from the hotel valet through management was perfect.Staff is knowledgeable, approachable, offered assistance and very professional. I would like to say thank you to Vincent Wong (Hotel Duty Manager), Mitchell Kerr (Restaurant Manager) for their follow up and making sure our experience was perfect. I would also like say “Thank You” to Tom (restaurant server) for an amazing experience and excellent service.The hotel is perfectly located. Nearby to shops and restaurants. In addition to a short walk to either Gas Town (10 minutes or so) or to Granville Island boat Ferry (20-30 minutes).You will not be disappointed if you stay here. Highly recommend.
