“First time at the SO/. We normally stay at other Accor hotels. So great to have done a staycation on my birthday here and the staff went out of their way to make it special. A special thank you to Will, the duty manager who gave us exceptional service.
One note only - the pool was under maintenance, we were very much looking forward to it and wish we had been advised earlier.
Either way highly recommend.”

“Here! This is the place, stop looking. Stay here. The staff is top notch, like, everyone.! The team overall is great but special mention to Alonso and Zach. Alonso who's very very kind and he's always helping us find the best places around and best activities! Also doing an outstanding job in taking care of us while we're looking for places to go or things to do is Zach. Both of them always asking if everything is good and what can they do to make out stay even better. The place, architecture and design is beautiful. A very cool vibe on the hotel, with very luxury design (and that can be sometimes intimidating) but the staff makes it all feel like you're home away from home. The distance to the Harbor is very convenient and walkable. The walk is not just so close but is enjoyable and it let's you see the vibrancy of the city's heart. Perfect location. Rooms layout are perfect all of them have a good view.
But again - the staff. It makes all the difference in the world.”
