Here! This is the place, stop looking. Stay here. The staff is top notch, like, everyone.! The team overall is great but special mention to Alonso and Zach. Alonso who's very very kind and he's always helping us find the best places around and best activities! Also doing an outstanding job in taking care of us while we're looking for places to go or things to do is Zach. Both of them always asking if everything is good and what can they do to make out stay even better. The place, architecture and design is beautiful. A very cool vibe on the hotel, with very luxury design (and that can be sometimes intimidating) but the staff makes it all feel like you're home away from home. The distance to the Harbor is very convenient and walkable. The walk is not just so close but is enjoyable and it let's you see the vibrancy of the city's heart. Perfect location. Rooms layout are perfect all of them have a good view. But again - the staff. It makes all the difference in the world.

Atmosphere was great. Perfect get away if you want something that isn’t the classic “hotel”. This place will 100% wow you, from the indoor pool, spa, roof top bar, bath in room with a view and amazing breakfast views. Staff were also amazing, anytime we needed anything they were at our doors as soon as possible. The place is also designed to be very modern with technology. Only downside is we stayed 2 nights but only had 2 small bottles of water given. And the food service were also lacking in quality (compared to what we had in the bar and breakfast). We ordered fish and chips, but instead it was a boiled potato cut into 4 pieces and baked with a piece of fish. A little bit disappointing as there are plenty of good places around instead. Lack of clarity on what actually fish and chips is on the menu.

First time at the SO/. We normally stay at other Accor hotels. So great to have done a staycation on my birthday here and the staff went out of their way to make it special. A special thank you to Will, the duty manager who gave us exceptional service. One note only - the pool was under maintenance, we were very much looking forward to it and wish we had been advised earlier. Either way highly recommend.

First time here. I'm a Accor Diamond member so stayed at a lot to be able to compare. I loved this place. I received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in room on arrival. I was upgraded to a suite. Even room cleaner knew me by name. I really enjoyed dinner, beautiful tasting and size. Breakfast: awesome right down to the flat white and smoothie. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about.

The room was nice, but for the price the service is really appalling. The bathroom had both of the shower gel dispensers empty when we arrived. It took multiple calls and at least an hour of waiting to get this sorted and just for two extra towels. The quilt had no quilt cover, just a bare quilt. Maybe this is how it was supposed to be?? Our plates, cutlery and food scraps from lunch, sat outside of the room from 3:30pm until after 2am. It can’t be helped but the overnight food menu was completely out of stock supposedly. At breakfast the next day. The full breakfast selection for $50 per person. My partner and I ordered almost identical choices. Yet, not only did they come out at different times, she had to call a waiter over to get her drink and her sides and one of the main portions of the breakfast. Three different times! Not only this but her portions were being sent out at completely different times to mine. They could try and time this a bit better. The waitress tried to insinuate that she had her food already as she was trying a piece of my food while waiting for hers.
