“In Miami for Art Basel weekend - in the midst of all the crazy, this hotel was an amazing retreat! First week of opening, but absolutely flawless. Fantastic design with condo-style rooms, smart tech elevators, and stunning water views of the Bay in downtown Miami. The bed was super comfortable, towels soft and fluffy. The pool deck was very cool, with spectacular views. The entire team at The Elser were warm, welcoming and offered excellent service. Special mention to Quimby, Destanee, Juan and Paul who were all simply wonderful.”
