“The staff was so sweet even in passing. Always said hello and how they could make the stay better. L27 was gorgeous and a lot of fun even when busy bartender talked to us and made us feel like friends. Front desk was helpful and friendly. The room service burger was delicious!!”

“We were in for a birthday celebration. Our King room was beautiful. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom. Staff was friendly and responsive. We needed a fridge for medication and they brought it right up. Bar downstairs and upstairs had friendly staff and great food options. Room service was a tad slow, but if you use the card to order the night before it shows up right on time. We loved our stay here. Close enough to walk to Broadway, but not on top of the craziness. Convention center is next door. Easy to Uber around. Concierge was very helpful.”
