“Nice hotel built in 90's so it is a bit outdated compared to some of newer high class hotels. Services generally good (especially if you are a higher tier member of the Bonvoy). The Chinese restaurant is highly recommended if you want to eat inside the hotel, but there are many many good restaurants of all varieties at 1/2 the price within 5-10 min walking distance. Morning buffet on the ground floor, especially on weekends, can be extremely busy with lots of crying babies. Rather small gym and no swimming pool.”

“Mr. Rifcy Mohamed was excellent at attending to our needs. He even left surprise chocolates for my boys in the room with personal notes as it was my sons birthday weekend. The staff is very friendly.
The rooms are spacious. The room service is quick & efficient. The only downer was the breakfast & room service menu as their is no love for vegetarians or vegans. I had to order my meals through Uber eats. I hope next time they have more food options. Overall My family loved the hotel so we will definitely be coming back again.”
