Service is great BUT $18 for the breakfast they serve... I don't think so. You are better off at Starbucks or McDonald's.

Eu estava lá apenas para o estacionamento pelo way.com, a menos de 10 minutos do Midway ... a cada 20 minutos serviço de transporte que foi pontual e limpo ... finalmente, o preço foi o melhor entre todas as opções. Não é possível classificar seus quartos e serviços, pois não ficamos lá

I was there just for the parking thru way.com, less than 10min from Midway...every 20 min shuttle service which was punctual and clean...finally, they price was the best among all options. Can't rank their rooms and service since we didn't stay there

Omg equipe é horrível e tão rude! Eles não se preocupam com os clientes. A senhora no balcão ficou brava quando eu perguntei para ver se minha reserva era boa, ela ficou brava e me disse para esperar até que ela terminasse o que estava fazendo. Eu perguntei bem posso cancelar? Ela disse o que quer que eu seja cobrado 1 noite de qualquer maneira... para encurtar a história, acabei cancelando e fui ao lado do Marriott Court. Recomendo, equipe super simpática e quartos limpos!

Se você é um membro da tripulação, provavelmente não quer ficar aqui. O café da manhã é caro. Sem café grátis, você tem que comprar Starbucks. A arrumação continuamente perturba você a cada 20 minutos a partir das 08:00. E meu quarto era bastante limpo, no entanto, o calor/ac explodiu no teto e foi absolutamente nojento.

Omg staff is horrible and so rude! They don't care about customers whatsoever. The lady in the counter got mad when I asked to see if my reservation was good,she got mad and told me to wait until she was done what she was doing. I asked fine can I cancel? She said whatever I'll get charged 1 night anyway...long story short I ended up canceling and went next door to marriot courtyard. Highly recommend,super nice staff and clean rooms!

If you’re a crewmember you probably don’t want to stay here. Breakfast is expensive. No free coffee, you have to buy Starbucks. The housekeeping continuously disturbs you every 20mins beginning at 0800. And my room was fairly clean however the heat/ac blew onto the ceiling and it was absolutely gross.

O quarto era bom, mas como membro Platinum Bonvoy, achei o Concierge Lounge um fracasso. Cheguei por volta das 19h30 e não havia comida ou bebida boa (sim, havia sacos de pretzels, amendoins e algumas frutas, mas não havia sobremesas agradáveis como é o costume). Café-da-manhã foi apenas "meh" com ovos e cereais. Este foi o pior lounge de concierge em qualquer Marriott que eu já fiquei.

O lobby do hotel estava limpo e atualizado. A equipe foi profissional e prestativa. Quarto agradável e limpo. A proximidade com o aeroporto era muito boa. O transporte não foi incrível. Chegou atrasado várias vezes.

Todos os funcionários, exceto 1, foram muito gentis e prestativos. O transfer para o aeroporto de Midway é a cada 20 minutos a partir das 5h. Desculpe, não tenho certeza do que o mais recente é executado. A lavanderia poderia usar alguma ajuda, pois as máquinas continuavam quebrando.

All the employees but 1 were very kind and helpful. Shuttle to Midway airport is every 20 minutes starting at 5am. Sorry not sure what the latest it runs. Laundry room could use some help as the machines kept breaking down.

Hotel lobby was clean and up to date. Staff was professional and helpful. Room nice and clean. Proximity to the airport was very nice. Shuttle wasn't awesome. Was late several times.

The room was good but as Platinum Bonvoy member I found the Concierge Lounge to be a bust.I showed up around 7:30 and there was no nice food or drinks out (yes, there were bags of pretzels, peanuts and some fruit, but no nice desserts as is the custom).Breakfast was just "meh" with eggs and cereal.This was the worse concierge lounge at any Marriott that I have ever stayed.

Casi 300 dólares por una noche por favor ni un vaso de agua en la habitación y todavía te cobran 25 dólares por el estacionamiento, increíble, mi hija se equivoco en la reservacion y le doy graciasa dios,así nos podemos mover de hotel,pésimo servicio de recepción, el caballero no pudo solucionar el problema, después se lo agradecería, queteníamos que salir y despues volver a registrarse, para otra noche, se veía que no quería trabajar ,solo lo necesario ni siquiera lo intento,nomicrohondas, no refrigerador pequeño ,ni cafetera, que te cobran como si te tratarán como rey cuando no lo hacen ,muy decepcionado de esta visita ,espero en el futuro no volver a nesecitar de sus pésimos servicios,una estrella por que es lo mas bajo que puedo poner........
