“Rooms are small and beds are out dated. No control of temperature in the unit. Staff was rude and unwelcoming. Pool and hot tub area not clean and not up to standards Not a good value for the price. Never staying at a double tree again”

“The rooms are terribly hot. The HVAC system did not allow for the room to cool down. The hotel staff members told us to open a window in the middle of February. Even with the window open, the rooms were uncomfortably hot and it made it tough to sleep. Also, the common area bathrooms on the first floor or either locked or not able to be used. The only way to go to the bathroom would be to go back up to your room.
The rooms are outdated and have not been updated for a long time. It looks as if they are doing remodeling on floors two through five.
If they remodel the rooms and allow for better ventilation, so that the rooms can be cooled and also get all of the bathrooms working, then this hotel would be a good one.
The hotel is located in a really great area with lots of good restaurants and bars. Unfortunately, the hotel experience is not a good one. I would find another hotel in this area to stay at.”
