We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was great all the service staff was super friendly and very eager to help and get us anything we needed. The beach was beautiful and all the food that we had was really good except for the fanciest restaurant the steak wasn't that great which was surprising. It was kind of nice doing the all-inclusive thing as this was our first time and we may try this place again. Shout out to Augustine, Chris in events, Bertin, Fabiola as the yoga instructor and the rest of the staff that made everything so nice. Beautiful landscape as well!! El mes pasado estuvimos en el hotel y el servicio fue espectacular, las instalaciones también son muy buenas ya que el hotel es pequeño y todo está muy cerca, gracias a todo el staff por su servicio

Nos hospedamos en el dorado maroma y nos pareció una excelente opción ya que la comida, bebida y actividades son increíbles,especial mención a Alex, Isabel, Adrián, chris, hazael, dj Carlos ya que nos mantuvieron muy entretenidos con las actividades y ni se diga de la buena música en ricks. Gracias por todo y nos vemos pronto

El equipo de entretenimiento ha sido estupendo con todas las atenciones que nos brindan a nosotros los huéspedes. Siempre pasaron por mi lugar preguntándome si necesitaba algo o para preguntarme cómo estaba el día de hoy. Sin duda alguna volvería a venir, 10/10 el hotel.

Acudí en mayo a una cena en Palafitos. La estancia fue muy agradable, el ambiente entre huéspedes es magnífico, y la cena estuvo excelente; mientras degustamos platillos con temática de los 5 elementos (madera, fuego, tierra, metal y agua) presenciamos de distintos shows que hacían placentera la degustación. Realmente es una experiencia muy grata.

First off, the beach location is absolutely stunning and there is a nice intimate feel to the resort.In fact, much of the time you could almost feel that you had the beach to yourself (although we were there in the off-season).Also, the food was surprisingly great for a resort, especially the Peruvian and Mexican dishes (not so much the sushi so maybe it's good to stray too geographically far).On the other hand, service was overall mixed.We initially waited a long time to be able to check in - even past the check in time for our room to be ready although we arrived hours earlier -when all we wanted to do was get changed into our bathing suits and enjoy the beach. The butler service, as others have pointed out, seems to be a joke.We tipped well since we read that would give good service but it didn't.Case in point, we had the air conditioning leak in our room creating a mess. We complained several times over two days and nobody did anything besides a single failed effort to fix it until I finally became exasperated with the front desk and they moved us to another room with zero apologies.The rooms are nice although for a five star resort a little generic.Also, the activities at the resort themselves are quite limited. The gym, even though it's unattended, closes at 6pm for no good reason.It's also hard to get in and out of the resort even though it's fairly close to Playa Del Carmen.There were a few nice evening concerts and shows but otherwise it's best as a peaceful place to take in the beach.And unfortunately on that note, and I can't blame the resort for this, but the beach was covered in seaweed while we were there. It's an admirable task and hard work to try to keep clearing it out but ultimately the tides (and seaweed) win. That may be a product of the time of year that we were traveling but made for murkier water then I remember from other beaches in the region (such as Tulum which have prettier beaches). A academia, mesmo sem vigilância, fecha às 18h sem motivo aparente. Também é difícil entrar e sair do resort, embora seja bem perto de Playa Del Carmen. Houve alguns concertos e shows noturnos agradáveis, mas, caso contrário, é melhor como um lugar tranquilo para aproveitar a praia. E, infelizmente, nessa nota, e não posso culpar o resort por isso, mas a praia estava coberta de algas enquanto estávamos lá. Very serene and peaceful (adult only). Great spa! Fun events everyday. We got married here on Nov. 14th. Yahoo! The wedding services they provided us were absolutely beautiful. The ease of planning was great. I could rave about this fantastic place all day but I'd end up writing a book here. 🤣 If you are trying to decide if this place is right for you... well, look no further! This resort is unparalleled. You won't find anything better. Não consigo colocar em palavras o quão incrível é este lugar. A praia e as vistas são incomparáveis. Nosso quarto era estelar. A equipe é incrível. Todos os nossos alimentos e bebidas eram excelentes. Muito sereno e tranquilo (somente para adultos). Ótimo spa! Eventos divertidos todos os dias. Nós nos casamos aqui em 14 de novembro. Yahoo! Os serviços de casamento que eles nos forneceram eram absolutamente lindos. A facilidade de planejamento foi ótima. Eu poderia falar sobre esse lugar fantástico o dia todo, mas acabaria escrevendo um livro aqui. 🤣 Se você está tentando decidir se este lugar é ideal para você. Este resort é incomparável. No recomendable!! Servicio nefasto !!! La gente que está en las entradas no explican que tenes que pagar solo para ir a la playa.. Te hacen entrar desde el inicio pasando dos barrerás y hacer kilometros sin decirte que NO vas a entrar SIN PAGAR llegas a la entrada y te tratan como DELINCUENTE !!!! La entrada es pública ! Para todos!!! SE TERMINAN APROPIANDO DE LAS PLAYAS sin dejar a los demás poder disfrutar de ellas. No hacen mas q influir en la contaminación y muerte a la naturaleza. Ya hay muy pocas PLAYAS PÚBLICAS Q VERGÜENZA ! Los hoteles de La rivera Maya son así se aprovechan hasta de lo que respiras para sacarte dinero ! Si respiras 3 DOLRES, como si a los turistas no nos costaría dinero llegar hasta aquí. Tenemos en la cara el símbolo de us$ . Que triste ! Cada hotel debería tener al costado un acceso público . The service of the wait staff at Limo Limon are outstanding. Jesus, Alberto, Arturo and Patricia set the bar for the best service. The resort is exquisite and perfect for a romantic getaway. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. Its a vacation I would recommend and would return to.

Absolute paradise! Came with 14 friends mainly family from Texas and the service was amazing. Got to know some of the staff on a personal level. Great people to have taking care of ya. I would like to mention our favorite and the most hospitable man ever Carlos DJ. Thank you for being so awesome and comfortable to be around. . He made sure we were good anywhere we would see him on the resort. We will definitely be back next year! And we will kick butt in volleyball Paraíso absoluto! É um hotel que eu não recomendo se você for uma pessoa com menos de 30 anos. O local é extremamente tranquilo e sem vida noturna, às 22h já há um silêncio absoluto. A comida é muito boa, mas a atenção ao hóspede deixa muito a desejar. Eles não têm um médico de emergência na equipe, não têm um kit de primeiros socorros e a equipe não tem senso de urgência. Durante a minha estadia peguei uma água-viva que me deu uma reação alérgica e ninguém pôde me atender. A experiência não foi muito agradável.

Es un hotel que no recomiendo si eres una persona menor de 30 años. El lugar es sumamente tranquilo y sin vida nocturna, para las 10:00 pm ya hay un absoluto silencio. La comida es muy buen, pero la atención al huésped deja mucho que desear. No tienen a una persona de emergencias medicas que este de planta, no cuentan con botiquín y el personal no tiene sentido de urgencia. En mi estadíami pico una medusa que me dio reacción alérgica y nadie me pudo atender. No fue muy grata la experiencia.

We had an amazing stay at this quiet and peaceful resort. We booked this particular resort since it seemed less like a hotel and had more of a resort feeling, which perfectly matched our expectations! Ideal for couples.The beach is decent and the restaurants were great. The staff is super friendly with excellent service. We got the Junior Suite and it was excellent! There are some activities during the day, which caters to different kinds of people (show off your volleyball skills or just chill and paint some pottery). There is usually a show at night, some more extravagant than others.Despite all the positives, there were still some drawbacks. Not all of the bali beds seem to be available for all guests as some are supposedly restricted for VIP/upgraded guests, but there are no signs clearly indicating which bali beds are reserved. Despite the food being good, we wished there were more options for authentic Mexican food instead of food catered to tourists. Room service breakfast in the early morning is very slow, and we didn't receive the meal on two occasions.Overall, we do recommend this place if you are looking for a place that's more laid back.

Beautiful hotel. Very quiet. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean (albeit a tiny bit dated). Food is impeccable (though not a ton of dessert options). Perfect for a couples getaway. Beach is huge and very nice. There was a ton of sargassum (seaweed) despite hotel staff working tirelessly to remove it. But this is a Cancún wide issue and not isolated to this hotel. Highly recommended.

Room service food was a mixed bag and their Japanese night was not good, everything else was exceptional (minus a minor case of food poisoning we got from the lobster at an outdoor candlelight dinner); and the beach is clean and enormous rivaled only by Dreams Tulum.The worst part for me were the mixed drinks. The only real bartender on the property was the guy (Philippe I think it was) up in Ricks Bar.All around fantastic resort. No obnoxious blaring music, easy to find either a party or complete seclusion according to your mood. I highly recommend it. Comemoramos nosso 20º aniversário de casamento aqui há 2 semanas. Melhores coisas sobre este resort: o serviço inigualável. Estivemos em 9 resorts na área e El Dorado Maroma é de primeira qualidade; a comida é pelo menos top 2 ou 3 em nossa experiência. Today in March 2021 I called to cancel travel intended for April 2021, and they will give you the run around on the phone. Just like trying to quit a gym or bank, they will hassle and frustrate you with the process in the hopes you just let the money go. I suggest going directly through your bank to rescind the charge. The telephone operators are horrible.

Hotel e quartos são muito, muito antiquados. É bom, mas não é o nível de luxo que esperávamos. Nós fomos "atualizados" para uma suíte de lua de mel que é bom exceto que somos dois amigos que pediram um quarto com duas camas. Nosso quarto atualizado tem um cheiro de mofo e ar condicionado não é o melhor. Nossa varanda está coberta de insetos mortos que eu não entendo. Tivemos que esperar duas horas por um quarto limpo, então eu acho que "limpar o quarto" não incluía o chão da varanda, cadeiras, mesa e espreguiçadeira. Decepcionado. Com base em outros comentários que esperávamos, e esperávamos, melhor ...Com isso dito, o serviço aqui é excelente. Todos são excepcionalmente agradáveis ​​e prestativos. A equipe torna este lugar!

Magnífico, la playa es gigante. El agua muy tranquilá. El mar es muy bonito, sin olas. Muy limpio y tienes todos los servicios. Regaderas, baños cambiadores. Hotel and rooms are very, very dated. It's nice, but not the level of luxury we were hoping for. We were "upgraded" to a honeymoon suite which is fine except we are two friends who asked for a room with two beds. Our upgraded room has a musty smell and air conditioning isn't the best. Our balcony is covered in dead bugs which I don't understand. We had to wait two hours for a clean room so I guess "cleaning the room" didn't include the balcony floor, chairs, table and lounger. Disappointed. Based on other reviews we were hoping, and expecting, nicer.... With that said, the service here is outstanding. Everyone is exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The staff makes this place!

The best vacation ever! I'd reccomend this place to anyone. The staff was super helpful and very accommodating. Also the view from our room was dope!!! We also really enjoyed the food!!! They say it's the best beach in Mexico and it definitely lives up to that. We'll be back again for sure!

Bom, falar de El Dorado Palafitos na Riviera Maia é simplesmente impossível. Só indo lá para acreditar que isso existe aqui nas Américas. Entre no site vc vai concordar comigo

Vim aqui para minha lua de mel e não tenho nada além de ótimas lembranças. A equipe foi incrível e até mesmo fingiu que meu espanhol não era terrível. A qualidade do serviço aqui é 5+ estrelas, eles vão além de todos os esforços para fazer você se sentir bem-vindo e confortável. O resort também está conectado a uma marina, onde há várias atividades aquáticas oferecidas como mergulho com snorkel, mergulho e jet ski (entre outras coisas). Há também uma agência de viagens no local que pode ajudar com a reserva de atividades em toda a região, como excursões de um dia para visitar vários cenotes ou ruínas maias. Os restaurantes localizados no resort são fenomenais e oferecem uma variedade de cozinha internacional a poucos passos do seu quarto de hotel. Uma experiência 10/10 perfeita.

Came here for my honeymoon and have nothing but great memories. The staff was amazing and even pretended my Spanish wasn't terrible. The quality of service here is 5+ stars, they go above and beyond every effort to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The resort is also connected to a marina where there is various water activities offered such as snorkeling, scuba and jet skiing (among other things). There is also an on site travel agency which can assist with booking activities throughout the region such as a day excursions to tour various cenotes or Mayan ruins. The restaurants located in the resort are phenomenal and showcase a variety of international cuisine just steps from your hotel room. A perfect 10/10 experience.
