“so... this is a follow up on my previous post andvisit where because I checked in late due to some unforseen issues and I just wanted a late checkout,in order to get a full day.Well.. I complained to this location and corporate and the hotel still didn't wanted to at least accommodate me.I didn't want my money back but something a discount on the next room or anything. With that being said ...I will not be visiting this location again or I will have to think about it.The room is nice but the hospitality and customer service is not.”

“muy limpio, la habitación se parecía a la imagen, 2 camas queen. las sábanas y la ropa de cama eran agradables y limpias, el vestíbulo era muy agradable, un buen desayuno buffet por la mañana, en su mayoría panecillos, gofres, café, cereales, etc. El personal también era muy agradable. mi única objeción fue el precio que pagué, ¡pero reservé más tarde de lo debido! muy cerca del Anfiteatro Hollywood Casino, a menos de 10 minutos en auto.”
