“Despite the beautiful decor and new appearance, the hotel has serious electrical problems and lack of staff to serve guests and solve problems. We stayed at the hotel for 3 days, and for the 3 we had power problems. On the first day, we arrived from dinner and the entire hotel was out of power. There was one person stuck in the elevator screaming, only a security guard to give information about what was happening, a single receptionist who was doing his best to get the generator fixed and no maintenance person (apparently there is no maintenance worker at night) . My boyfriend had his leg in a cast, and as we were on the seventh floor, we had to wait for the power to come back on before we could go to the bedroom. In the following days, we had problems with the light in the room several times. It just made a super loud noise and stopped working, but it wasn't a power issue because the outlets worked. I explained it to reception, but they just said it was a power problem and that they would send a technician. At night we went to the reception to talk again if they had resolved it, and they said yes. We went to our room and spent the whole night with the light going on and off and making this super loud noise, like a jolt, that woke us up all night and we slept very poorly. In the morning, I asked them to fix it again. This time, the technician actually showed up and said that it was a bad contact in the wires of the box where the card was inserted, something that would have been resolved the day before if they had really looked at it properly. The result was that we had this problem with the light in the room for two days, we got ready and used the bathroom in the dark (with the risk of an accident, because as I mentioned, my boyfriend had his leg in a cast). Often there were only 2 employees at the reception, who could not handle the demand. And other times (including at check out and to remove the bags), there was only one employee working and a queue of people to be served (this was during the day, at peak times). Although most of the employees were friendly, they couldn't solve problems on their own (and many lacked the slightest preparation and autonomy). We also requested a late checkout, and were given only one hour. When I asked how much it would be to stay in the afternoon, without spending the night, they informed that they did not have half a day and would charge the full amount. I gave up When I actually went to check out, a person was checking in about 4 hours before check-in time and they gave him half a day. I didn't understand. Despite the hotel's beautiful appearance, the place is abandoned and the guests are left in their hands. It's far from Hilton quality and I don't recommend it and wouldn't go again. My family and I were very disappointed.”

“Apesar do decoração bonita e aparência de novo, o hotel tem sérios problemas elétricos e falta de funcionários para atender os hóspedes e resolver os problemas. Ficamos no hotel por 3 dias, e nos 3 tivemos problemas com energia. No primeiro dia, chegamos do jantar e o hotel inteiro estava sem energia. Havia um pessoa presa no elevador gritando, apenas um segurança para dar informações do que estava acontecendo, um único funcionário da recepção que estava se desdobrando para conseguir consertar o gerador e nenhuma pessoa da manutenção (aparentemente não tem funcionário da manutenção no período da noite). Meu namorado estava com a perna engessada, e como estávamos no sétimo andar, tivemos que aguardar a energia voltar para poder ir para o quarto. Nos dias seguintes, tivemos problemas com a luz do quarto diversas vezes. Ela simplesmente fazia um barulho super alto e parava de funcionar, mas não era problema de energia porque as tomadas funcionavam. Expliquei na recepção, mas apenas disseram que era problema de energia e que mandariam um técnico. A noite fomos falar novamente na recepção se haviam resolvido, e disseram que sim. Fomos para o quarto e passamos a noite inteira com a luz acendendo e apagando e fazendo esse barulho super alto, tipo um tranco, que nos acordou a noite inteira e dormimos super mal. Pela manhã, solicitei mais um vez que consertassem. Dessa vez, o técnico realmente apareceu e disse que era um mau contato nos fios da caixinha onde inseria o cartão, algo que teria sido resolvido no dia anterior se realmente tivessem olhado direito. O resultado foi que ficamos dois dias com esse problema na luz do quarto, nos arrumamos e utilizamos o banheiro no escuro (com risco de acidente, pois como mencionei, meu namorado estava com a perna engessada). Por muitas vezes só haviam 2 funcionários na recepção, que não davam conta da demanda. E ouras vezes (inclusive no check out e para retirar as malas), só havia um funcionário trabalhando e uma fila de pessoas para serem atendidas (isso durante o dia, em horários de pico). Apesar da maior parte dos funcionários serem simpáticos, eles não tinham como resolver os problemas sozinhos (e muitos não tinham o menor preparo e autonomia). Também solicitamos um late checkout, e nos concederam apenas uma hora. Quando perguntei quanto seria para ficar o período da tarde, sem passar a noite, informaram que não tinham meia diária e cobrariam o valor completo. Desisti. Quando fui fazer o check out de fato, uma pessoa estava fazendo check in cerca de 4h antes do horário de entrada e a ela concederam meia diária. Fiquei sem entender. Apesar da aparência bonita do hotel, o local é abandonado e quem fica na mão são os hóspedes. Passa beeeem longe da qualidade Hilton e não indico e nem iria de novo. Eu e minha família ficamos bem decepcionados.”
