“It would have been nice if they had told me ahead of time that I would be spending two nights in a room with two double beds rather than a room with a king sized bed that I had reserved and would ultimately pay for. The free breakfast buffet did not make up for the discomfort of sleeping in a bed that was too small for me. I probably would have looked at other hotel options if I had known this was going to happen. I do not think it is too much to expect that I would receive what I had paid for.”

“The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The shower could have been a little more clean..it's the details and I saw dirt in parts of the shower. The restaurant food was not good. Went down for breakfast and the food was dry, undercooked and not pleasing to the eye. Our waiter only charged us for 1 because we were not happy with any of the food. The food at the wedding we attended was also subpar. Hotel restaurant needs a face lift and better chef!!”
