“We stayed at the Hilton suites for six weeks. We have never in our whole life gotten the kind of customer service that we experienced at this hotel. Darnita, at the front desk went out of her way every day to make sure that we were happy, the housekeepers cleaned our room immaculately. All the employees at this hotel are so happy, and they care so genuinely about the guests. I have stayed in a lot of nice hotels in my day but I have never experienced anything like this. It was truly our home away from home. Thank you!”

“Please no.This is not what I would expect from a Hilton.Old outdated rooms, TVs are old, bathroom was a complete waste of space with mold in the shower and no ventilation, AC is loud, the 'suite' includes a sofa bed that is harder than a rock, linens were dirty and mattress had a huge dent in one side.We paid for a lake view and didn't get it and left the next day despite having a booking for 4 days.Staff was nice but that's the only thing I could say was good at this hotel.Also parking on site... yeah not really.It's a garage near the hotel and good luck if you have any luggage or bags, no elevator... just have to walk.”
