The hotel was clean, the front desk workers were friendly, knowledgeable of good restaurants to try, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is 5 minutes away from a mall which I explored at length. I most definitely will be back! Great experience!!

Reservamos um quarto king. Que já pagamos antes de fazermos o check-in. Na chegada por volta das 20h, Matt na recepção pediu desculpas e disse que não temos quartos king disponíveis. Eles nos deram um quarto com cama de casal. Matt disse para verificar amanhã para trocar de quarto.Fui até a recepção pela manhã, e Cory disse, sim, Matt fez uma anotação, e você terá um quarto king por volta das 13h. Ligaremos para você quando estiver pronto. Nenhuma chamada foi feita. Voltamos do nosso dia naquela noite, e Matt estava novamente na recepção. Ele disse novamente, eles não têm mais quartos com cama king size disponíveis. Verifique novamente pela manhã. Eu disse que fiz isso na nossa primeira noite. Ele pediu desculpas e nos daria um crédito de US$ 50.No dia seguinte, fizemos o check-in de manhã novamente, e Cory disse, sim, você tem um novo quarto. Verifique novamente às 10h. Nós apreciamos muito a nossa estadia e a equipe da recepção é muito boa! Os preços são razoáveis e eles cuidam de seus hóspedes. Eles servem um ótimo café da manhã e também têm um bar e restaurante no térreo que serve café Starbucks. Os quartos são muito limpos e os funcionários da hospitalidade são simpáticos. Meu filho gostou da piscina e eu gostei da academia. Eu recomendo este hotel. É de fácil acesso à interestadual, ao Galleria Mall, Franklin e Nashville!

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estadía y el personal de recepción es demasiado bueno. Los precios son razonables y cuidan a sus invitados. Sirven un excelente desayuno y también tienen un bar y un restaurante en la planta baja que sirve café Starbucks. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y el personal de hospitalidad es amable. Mi hijo disfrutó de la piscina y yo disfruté del gimnasio. Recomiendo altamente este hotel. ¡Tiene fácil acceso a la autopista interestatal, el centro comercial Galleria Mall, Franklin y Nashville!

Reservamos una habitación king. Lo cual ya pagamos antes de registrarnos. Al llegar alrededor de las 8 p.m., Matt en la recepción se disculpó y dijo que no tenemos habitaciones king disponibles. We enjoyed our stay so much and the front desk staff are too notch! The prices are reasonable and they take care of their guests. They serve a great breakfast and they also have a bar and eatery downstairs that serves Starbucks coffee. The rooms are very clean and the hospitality staff are friendly. My son enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the fitness center. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s easy access to the interstate, the Galleria Mall, Franklin and Nashville!

We reserved a king room. Which we already paid for before we checked in. Upon arrival at around 8pm, Matt at the front desk apologized and said we don't have any king rooms available. They gave us a double bed room. Matt said to check tomorrow to switch rooms. I went to the front desk in the morning, and Cory said, yes Matt made a note, and you'll have a king room around 1pm. We'll give you a call when it's ready. No call was made. We came back from our day out that evening, and Matt was again at the front desk. He again said, they don't have anymore king bed rooms available. Check again in the morning. I said I did that our first night. He said sorry and would give us a $50 credit. The following day we checked in the morning again, and Cory said, yes you have a new room. Check back at 10am. At 10 am we finally got into our king room which we originally reserved. We had two nights in a queen room, and we wanted to talk to a manager upon check out to discuss an appropriate credit. Upon check out on our 5 day there, Cory said the manager isn't in but you can call to discuss the credit that Matt said he would give. We have called Gina, the general manager twice and she has not returned our call. Poor customer service, and a lack of follow through on many accounts. We are still looking for a credit for our stay. Also the queen beds are full beds. Not queen.

I stayed here recently with my mom and grandfather after our car broke down nearby, stranding us hundreds of miles from home. While the situation that caused our stay was less than ideal, the team and accomodations at Hyatt Place Franklin helped make the whole thing better. From super friendly and helpful staff (special thanks to Corey!) to nice rooms and an overall clean and efficient experience, we're so glad we ended up staying here until we got our car situation sorted out.

Excelente estadia para um torneio de beisebol de fim de semana em Franklin, TN. O hotel era muito limpo e com localização central para tudo na área de Franklin. Eu não posso dizer o suficiente sobre a equipe da recepção - especialmente Turner - que se inclinava para trás para garantir que tivéssemos uma visita confortável. Eu não hesitaria em reservar um bloco de quartos no Hyatt Place em Franklin, TN se você estiver na cidade com um grupo grande. Como membro do Hyatt Rewards, este tem minha melhor recomendação. Simples, limpo e sem problemas. Quarto de hotel era limpo e tudo funcionou bem. Nada extravagante, mas bem cuidado. O café da manhã é consistentemente bom. Por padrão, eles limpam os quartos uma vez a cada três dias (por reserva), mas você pode solicitar com mais frequência. Uma desvantagem é que a academia tem apenas algumas máquinas de cardio e é pequena. Caso contrário, eu não hesitaria em recomendar ficar aqui se você estiver na área.

Excellent stay for a weekend baseball tournament in Franklin, TN. The hotel was very clean and centrally located to everything in the Franklin area. I can't say enough about the front desk staff - particularly Turner - who bent over backwards to make sure we had a comfortable visit. I would not hesitate to book a block of rooms at the Hyatt Place in Franklin, TN if you are in town with a large group. As a Hyatt Rewards member, this one has my highest recommendation. Thanks for a great weekend!

Simple, clean, and trouble free. Hotel room was clean and everything worked well. Nothing fancy, but well cared for. Breakfast is consistently good. By default, they clean the rooms once every three days (per reservation), but you can request for more frequent. One downside is that the gym only has a few cardio machines and is small. Otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Me alojé aquí por casi una semana y lo recomiendo encarecidamente. En general, la mayoría del personal fue muy amable y servicial. Me sentí muy bienvenido en el hotel y no recuerdo haber tenido una experiencia increíble como esta. I stayed here for almost a week and I highly recommend it. Overall most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt very welcomed to the hotel and I don't recall having an amazing experience such as this one. Corey is an amazing manager who is very friendly and goes the extra mile to deliver world class customer service to make his guests feel welcomed and comfortable. It was truly a pleasure staying at this location. The room was fantastic, very clean and a great size. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet.

Great place to stay in Franklin! Have stayed there every time we visit the Franklin/Nashville area. Quiet, clean rooms, staff is amazing and very accommodating. Corey (one of the managers) is awesome! We had an issue with an online booking and he was able to resolve the issue to our complete satisfaction! Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff at this Hyatt is AMAZZZINGGGG!!! So professional and nice! I would have given 5 stars but this hotel allows pets and we had a screeching, yapping dog they had a hard time keeping quiet late night (11pm) and we had to get moving the next day early. Facilmente uma das minhas melhores experiências em um hotel. Easily one of my best experiences at a hotel. Incredibly friendly staff, especially Jace who served us at the bar and was an absolute joy to talk to, as well as being very knowledgable about the area. Very clean, noticed no pet smells or heard any barking all night. Would definitely stay again.

Eu não viajava há mais de 25 anos quando fui solicitado a viajar para o Tennessee para meu novo emprego. Eu escolhi o Hyatt Place em Franklin devido à localização do HQ. O que eu não esperava era a alegria absoluta de trabalhar com a equipe da recepção. No turno 3-11, há Matt, que é uma das pessoas mais legais que já conheci. Ele foi muito gentil e prestativo comigo durante toda a minha estadia e realmente me fez sentir bem-vinda. Jace também foi ótimo para conversar e foi muito útil e Krista, seu empresário foi incrível também. Provavelmente estarei viajando de volta para o HQ no futuro e com certeza vou ficar neste Hyatt! Obrigado a todos por tudo! Já sinto saudades de vocês! :)

I had not traveled in over 25 years when I was requested to travel to Tennessee for my new job. I chose the Hyatt Place in Franklin due to the location to the HQ. What I didn't expect was the absolutely joy it was to work with front desk staff. On the 3-11 shift there is Matt who is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He was so kind and helpful to me throughout my stay and he really made me feel welcomed. Jace was also great to talk to and was very helpful and Krista, their manager was amazing as well. I will probably be traveling back to HQ in the future and I will absolutely stay at this Hyatt! Thank you all for everything! Miss you guys already! :)
