“Overall, nice quiet hotel/resort. Staff can be friendlier. Shark reef is a great attraction, my kids loved it. The swimming pools are great great!! But they only had one open (was actually 3 small ones - Morea Beach) because of the winter season. it was beautiful and heated to perfect temperatures. Bring a towel from your room if you plan to walk back to your hotel. They won't allow you to take the pool towels back with you. The main 4 stars review is because we had to wait more than 45 minutes after checkout in our room - till the bell service answered. But valet and bell service people deserve tips. NOT whoever is answering those phones!!! Note: app digital key may not work in the elevator - actual card is needed to be scanned before you choose your floor level.”
