“I stayed at this hotel for the first time, but my husband regularly - once ore twice per month. During our stay, we had a bad experience - car damaged on hotel parking pretty much. Hotel staff didn't want to help at all -no willingness to check camera recording, nor to call the police. We were directed to police station, where policeman speak only local language. One staff member promised to help my husband reporting damage to the police, but didn't call back...
To summarize, he will try to avoid it in the future. It does not seem so secure anymore.”
