“Very run down and very disappointed. Room service hadn’t arrived after over half an hour and when I checked “they had only just received it”. Spa bath wasn’t working and when asked about it we were told they had all been switched off! Continental breakfast was very expensive for not a lot. Cooked looked ok but we didn’t order. Bar wasn’t operating. We had been told it had a few refurbishments, couldn’t see where. There was a constant water drip in the middle of the lobby that was ignored till we slipped in the puddle created. Just very dissatisfied with whole experience and won’t be back. Love Rotorua and have stayed many times. Overpriced and underwhelmed sadly.”

“John and his team were very friendly, with great service for breakfast.
The hotel is being renovated and looks a bit like a ghost town. The rooms was spacious and great for the kids. Very comfy beds and it's in a great location 👍”
