Excellent facility, well maintained. Breakfasts are excellent with an island flair. Wonderful restaurants on site! A very pleasant and accommodating staff. We will be happy to return here!

Staff was really helpful and courteous. The facility is well maintained with spectacular views and rooms are clean. They comply with strict COVID protocols and we felt safe.

We were given accommodations here after our flight was canceled. The general manager was most accommodating. It is impressive to see such hands on interaction by a general manager. I give him 6 stars 🌟

Para mim, este ainda é o melhor hotel de Trinidad. Embora seja um pouco mais velho do lado de fora, a equipe é sempre acolhedora, as vistas são de morrer e a comida é melhor do que em outros hotéis. É também uma excelente localização central, mas não no centro da rodovia.

To me this is still the best hotel in Trinidad. While its a little older on the outside the staff is always welcoming, the views are to die for and the food is better than other hotels. Its also a great central location but not in the center of the highway.

Eu concordaria com o café da manhã de avaliação da Avi é maneira de caro em US $ 18 mais nós, eu encontrei os ovos OK, mas tudo o mais estava frio, mergulhado em ketchup foi ok, mas não onde você esperaria para o preço. A equipe é ótima, mas em geral não muito valor para qualquer coisa aqui, pouco acima do preço.

The ambience really nice , I expected thehand held shower fixture to be clean , the toilet not to be rusted and on valentine a gift other than 2 bottles of water for a $1600 room , everything else was really nice

I would agree with Avi's review breakfast is way to expensive at $18 plus US I did find the eggs ok but everything else was cold, dipped in ketchup it was ok but no where near what you would expect for the price. Staff is great, but in general not much value for anything here, just over priced.

Fui para o buffet de café-da-manhã, a comida estava fria tudo, exceto a omelete que estava sendo feita na hora, isso foi tão desanimador como você esperaria que um estabelecimento desse café da manhã quente. Até as sobremesas que deveriam ser úmidas estavam secas e duras. Os servidores foram extremamente agradável e útil, devo dizer. Nellon foi nosso atendente, muito educado alegre e estava pronto para auxiliar no que fosse.

Quarto era bom e limpo pessoal muito amigável. Café-da-manhã no Herbs and Spices foi ótimo no primeiro dia. Muitas opções aqui. O segundo dia no FC Grab & Go foi limitado em escolha e variedade. A administração deve repensar o FC como uma opção para seus pacotes. Deixe para o cliente decidir se quer tomar café da manhã aqui.

My stay at hilton was fabulous! We stayed from the 16-21st od December, 21. The gentlemen at the entrance were awesome, they helped with all our luggage and directed us to the front desk. Stay safe is a theme all over this hotel. It is excellently clean. Check in was amazing. The safety protocols were obvious from you get out the car, to the lobby, elevator, hall room everywhere. Breakfast was on point!! Variety to kill, taste great and as a Jamaican, I tasted and tried and liked some of their traditional dishes. The pepper sauce was flavorful and spicy and had me asking for more. The property was well kept, Room was spacious, very very clean. Bathroom was spick and spang, face basin kept filling up when ypu run the water, reported it and it was a litter better. We had a few days in paradise I would say. I will definately revisit in the future. I apologize for my Trini partner, he gave everyone a lot of trouble-good trouble!! PS..... This hotel has a secure walk way to the Savannah which I visited every night for cow heel soup and philourie?..I could not help myself. I love hilton hotels

Room was nice and clean staff very friendly. Breakfast at Herbs and Spices was great on day one. Lots of choices here. Day two at FC Grab & Go was limited in choice and variety. Management should rethink FC as an option for their packages. Leave it to the customer to decide if they want to get breakfast here.

Went to the breakfast buffet, food was cold everything except the omelet which was being made to order this was so disheartening as u would expect such an establishment to have hot breakfast. Even the desserts that were supposed to moist were dry and hard. The servers were extremely pleasant and helpful tho I must say. Nellon was our attendant, very polite cheerful and was ready to assist in any way.

El hotel está bien: tiene varios espacios, linda piscina, y buena atención. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño pero se nota que le falta mantenimiento y "cariño" en algunos aspectos y espacios. Por lo cual creo que es caro para lo que ofrece pero la competencia es poca...

Es un hotel remodeladoque brinda relajación y ganas de estar en las áreas comunes, sus habitaciones son cómodas y cuentan con Balcón tiene una piscina central bastante buena. Un aspecto muy importante es la comida para mi desafortunadamente los precios son algo costosos vs la calidad que se obtiene. El WiFi está decente.

Habitaciones muy buenas, espaciosas. El servicio muy atento y me extendieron el checkout sin hacerme problemas. Lo único único criticar es la demora en el checkin y que en el desayuno te hacen esperar por mesas libres entonces podes estar 20 minutos o más esperando para entrar.

Me Gustó Mucho. La ubicación es buena y las vistas de Puerto España son espectaculares. El personal muy atento y amable. El desayuno es bien variado cada día, con opciones para todos los gustos. En mis próximas visitas a Trinidad me volvería a alojar aqui, sin pensarlo.
