This place is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure! Everything is perfect!! Delicious food, amazing giant garden with beautiful trees and birds!! Excellent service, very attentive. Especially Enrique, he answers all the questions and concerns, perfect English!

I really don't want to leave a bad review. I knew that hotel is now new, and I wasn't expecting modern luxury amenities. But.... we stayed on the first floor in building #6. In the bathroom water started dripping from the ceiling. I called reception desk twice, I just asked for extra towels and maybe if they can do something to stop the water. Help didn't arrive. I asked the manager to send a service and for extra towels, so I could put towels on the floor. But unfortunately my three time requests were ignored. Old hotel. Small rooms. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. Food was good. There is not a big selection, but it's enough. Buffet service is great. Everyone is very friendly. I love it about Dominican people 🤎🤎 Beautiful garden. Amazing water with Tiffany color 💦 😊 Overall we had a blessed time.

We had a great 3 weeks stay! The staff is very nice and friendly and the food was also great. Rooms and facilities were always clean. The diving school located directly at the hotel is definitely an upside!

Emilio and Manuel took care of us every single day in the prestige section of the beach. Our drinks never ran dry and their attentiveness made our stay that much better. The room and courtyards are beautiful as well.

The resort stay was really nice and the beach was incredible, but near the end of our stay our family started having diarrhea and fevers. The cause is unknown but we assume it was some sort of food poisoning. We asked another couple in the resort, and they said that they also had diarrhea. Be sure to bring some relieving medications just in case.

Very traditional colonial stile hotel with great park, good enough beach, and acceptable quality restaurants. The area is really great, rooms are OK, and big enough. What I didn't like is total absence of outdoor seating in any restaurant, and no beach side restaurants at all. Just the only one beach bar is outdoor.

This place is very beautiful and we had a wonderful time scuba diving. Our instructor was Jasmine and we really were impressed by her. My only problem was there was no coffee maker in our room but they brought us one after we asked. The food was amazing, even the buffet. I hope to come back again some time.

This is a great place. Amazing layout. Perfect beach. The staff mostly talk in Spanish but they are all nice.

Buffet only if you do not make dinner reservations in advance. Only English speaking guests. Air in room went out for one of the nights but they got it fixed. Lots of loud construction right by the pool. Food was average.

I wanted to rate it with 5 stars but they need to do something with their pool, the filtering system doesn't work an beside they have personal trying to clean it all the time is very dirty. Everything else is great.

Its heat here but when we were here g here was building work going on and the pool tiles were all sharp, otherwise it's amazing😍 the sea is warm and clear! The food is amazing and the service is good!

Great place for the family the people are friendly and extremely helpful. You can truely relax and have fun with the family. The pool is set up nice with swim up bar. They have a beautiful section of the beach with bar and buffet. Resteraunt are very good in the premises.

I love Iberostar 's hotels. Never had any situation, this is the best spot we stayed. I love the sea more than the ocean and closer for trips like Santa Domingo or even to see Columbus castle. This was our best trip so far.
