Internet connection was very slow. Also,had to go through several steps that made it difficult to connect. This would be unnecessary if the procedure were designed correctly.

Only the location The carpet was filthy, pillows were yucky, towel has stain, mattress was uneven, bad chemical smell masking some odor in the room, the breakfast nook was so disorganized and messy, hotel too old and needs renovation!

The staff were courteous, friendly and pleasant. Hotels carpet was dirty, the elevators were shaky, our room was stuffy and the toilet bowl dirty with old stool. Kitchen dirty with no utensils, toilet paper harsh, and we were woken up 8am on Tuesday morning by a smoke detector alarm. Worst breakfast!

Nothing There were dogs barking. The second floor smelt like a pet store a d there were stains e everywhere on The carpet. They didn't clean the bathroom very well there were long dark hairs everywhere. The entrance to the hotel was really hard to find.

This stay, just the location. I have stayed here many times and always have a pleasant stay but this has been by far the nastiest stay ever. The room carpet definitely needs to be cleaned and shampooed. The room odor was really bad and needs some attention. I was not pleased.

Location to SeaWorld and Aquatica Roaches in nightstand. No housekeeping or clean linens changed. Toilet flushed but did not have enough power to "go down". "musty smell" throughout hotel. No pool as said on line. No shuttle as stated. Very disapoointed

The location from the airport When Infirst arrived, the room I was given had a leaking tub drain that constantly dripped. When Intold the hotel management they mentioned it was a problem with most of the rooms. Next room had a toilet that continued to run. Room was messy too.

Awful place! Plumbing & a/c issues. We changed rooms for the 4th time when my husband told them we were not changing again. The attendant yelled get out & called police to escort my family off the premises. Not a 2 star! They would not give us a refund!

the only thing good about was the location the hotel was very very filthy the hallways smell so bad the front desk area was dirty, the laundry room was not clean at all the washers not working, out of detergent, the breakfast my good bagels so old, we just came down ones and never again
