Os quartos do hotel e localização foram excelentes, o café da manhã não era ruim, ou o meu principal problema foi a falta de vontade pessoal para gerenciar os incidentes que ocorrem no hotel. The hotel rooms and location were great, the breakfast wasn't bad either my main issue was the staff unwillingness to manage the incidents occurring at the hotel. There was a kids sports team in town and kids were running up and down the halls at all hours screaming and banging walls and knocking on doors. We complained and were told nothing much could be done. We went out to the hockey game and got back around 11pm and while the kids were now screaming in the rooms not the halls, a large group of adults were circled around the elevator and lining the hall drinking loudly, cursing and it smelled of alcohol and had spills and empties lining the halls. I understand having a good time but there was a common area downstairs to gather in and hotel staff was u willing to do anything to accommodate other guests who were unable to sleep or enjoy their staff as a result of the in consideration of this large group. Disappointing because otherwise it may have been a place I return to while in town for hockey games.

Great hotel. Closest lodging to the Canadian Tire Centre for NHL games & concerts. 1.3 km walk versus sitting in the expected huge traffic jams. Hotel offers excellent quality accommodations; well-appointment rooms - decor, size, comfort, bedding, temperature. Scrumptious “continental” breakfast with so many choices. Helpful & pleasant staff. Our choice of hotel in the area.

We had a nice, quiet room on the fourth floor. Check-in was fast and friendly. Decent coffee at breakfast. Every staff member we dealt with was excellent. Bottled water was overpriced at $2.50/ bottle, and we were disappointed there was no hot tub - just the pool. We would stay again.
