“Excellent stay at this Hyatt. On site facilities include several restaurants, a scenic tea house and pond with Snow Mountain in the backdrop, gym, large pool, spa, all you can eat breakfast bar, small store, gift shop and more.
The facilities are spread out over a large area but you can order an electric cart to shuttle you around if you need it.
Rooms are very comfortable and include a small fridge, separate toilet, stand up shower, safe, coffee maker (though coffee pods are lacking), hot water maker.
There is also an adjacent mall with several more dining options including a wester choice: grandmas kitchen which is quite nice. Enjoy your stay.
On site Chinese Restaurant is exceptional. Our group of 12+ got a private room overlooking the tea house and pond. Snow mountain in the backdrop.
We ordered over a dozen dishes that were both nicely presented and delicious. They have a good wine list but disappointed to fine only one Chinese wine. Everything else from Australia, Chile, France, Italy, Spain, and a few from US.
Favorite dishes include the beans, shrimp with tea, ham, fish in a spicy red sauce. It was all outstanding.”

“Was having high expectations but turns out to be so so.
After check in, a bellman took us in a buggy with our luggage to the Villa, he puts our two pieces by the entrance and that’s it! You bring yourself to your second floor and in the rooms, what a service!
Breakfast was good and the lady speaks good English and has a service mindset, sorry for not being able to catch your name but you are probably the only person I encountered who can serve!
The villa has dusts by the curtains, the ‘pool’ is empty, ok is still a bit cold during the night, but since no one show us the villa we didn’t know if it is to be like this or not.
Upon check out called their bell service again but the person was just sitting in the buggy instead of ringing the villa and get our luggage, again we have to bring our luggage from the second floor to the buggy.
The view? Supposed to be the JDM view, it has but with many cranes which blocks and ruins the view at all.
Will we recommend and return? Thanks and No Thanks.”
