O hotel é lindo, Fiquei muito impressionado com a decoração do lobby, foi a perfeição. A equipe, no entanto, foi uma história diferente, quando me aproximei da recepção, a pessoa que atendeu estava no telefone e nunca me reconheceu, até que um funcionário diferente veio em socorro e não foi tão amigável. Então cheguei no quarto e estava muito lindo e super limpo, me senti em casa. A decoração era moderna e a cama era branca como a neve e tão confortável. Hotel incrível, adoro e só ficarei lá enquanto visita minha filha na faculdade.

el hotel es hermoso, Me quedé muy impresionado con la decoración del vestíbulo, fue la perfección. Sin embargo, el personal fue una historia diferente, cuando me acerqué a la recepción, la persona que atendía estaba al teléfono y nunca me reconoció, hasta que un empleado diferente vino al rescate y no fue tan amable. Luego llegué a la habitación y era muy bonita y súper limpia, me sentí como en casa. La decoración estaba actualizada y la cama era blanca como la nieve y muy cómoda. Increíble hotel, me encanta y solo me quedaré allí mientras visito a mi hija en la universidad.

The hotel is beautiful, I was really impressed with the lobby decor, it was perfection. The staff however was a different story, when I approached the front desk the person attending was on the phone and never acknowledged me, until a different employee came to the rescue and wasn't that friendly at all. Then I got to the room and it was very beautiful and super clean, I felt right at home. The decor was up to date and the bed was snow white and so so comfortable. Amazing hotel, I love it and will only stay there while visiting my daughter in college.

Realmente bom hotel com funcionários muito simpáticos e belos quartos. Opções de design agradáveis e espaçosas e muito boas que fazem você se sentir como se estivesse em uma casa, em vez de apenas em um quarto de hotel. O café da manhã também era bom.

Really nice hotel with very friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Nice and spacious and very good design choices that make you feel like you're in a home instead of just some hotel room. Breakfast in the morning was good as well.

Muito agradável. Os funcionários foram todos muito gentis e o serviço correu bem. Bife estava em uma porção enorme e bem cozido. Legumes e porção de batata eram pequenos. Grande festa, mas a equipe não teve problemas em manter cada um servido em tempo hábil. Área e instalações foram todos muito limpos.

Vivemos em Connecticut. Minha esposa disse que vamos para as Cataratas do Niágara. Escolhi ficar cerca de 25 minutos das cataratas na Reikart House. Eu estava apreensivo. Bem, foi ÓTIMO. As coisas são feitas ali mesmo. Quando chegamos ao quarto, ela disse: "você finalmente enfiou a mão no bolso, e eu adoro isso". A equipe foi ótima, a cama era ótima.

Vivimos en Connecticut. Mi esposa dijo que fuéramos a las Cataratas del Niágara. Elegí quedarme a unos 25 minutos de las cataratas en Reikart House. Estaba aprensivo. Bueno, fue genial. Las cosas se hacen allí mismo. Cuando llegamos a la habitación, dijo: "Finalmente rebuscaste en tu bolsillo, y me encanta". El personal era genial, la cama era genial.

Muy agradable. Los empleados fueron todos muy corteses y el servicio transcurrió sin problemas. El bistec estaba en una gran porción y estaba bien cocinado. La porción de verduras y papas era pequeña. Gran fiesta, pero el personal no tuvo problemas para mantener a todos atendidos de manera oportuna. El área y las instalaciones estaban muy limpias.

Very nice. Employees were all very courteous and service went smoothly. Steak was in a huge portion and cooked well. Vegetables and potato serving were small. Large party but the staff had no problem keeping every one served in a timely manner. Area & facilities were all very clean.

We live in Connecticut. My wife said let's go to Niagara Falls. I chose to stay about 25 minutes from the falls at the Reikart House. I was apprehensive. Well, it was GREAT. Things are just done right there. When we got to the room she said, " you finally dug into your pocket, and I love it". Staff was great, Bed was great.

Ficamos no fim de semana do Memorial Day 2022. Fomos recebidos com sorrisos e uma recepção adorável. Isso sempre dá o tom para mim quando visito um hotel. O hotel lindamente decorado, e nosso quarto era espaçoso e limpo. Nossa parte favorita de nossa visita, além dos biscoitos quentes gratuitos, foi nosso (escolha) café da manhã gratuito. Não só o menu estava cheio de opções deliciosas, mas o serviço foi fantástico. Nós realmente conhecemos Veronica e Ashley durante nossas 4 visitas ao café da manhã. Eles eram tão amigáveis, profissionais e sempre prontos com um bule de café quente. Adoramos conversar com eles e achamos que eram grandes embaixadores da marca Marriott. Vamos ficar neste hotel novamente!

Nos alojamos durante el fin de semana del Día de los Caídos en 2022. Nos recibieron con una sonrisa y una bienvenida encantadora. Esto siempre marca la pauta para mí cuando visito un hotel. El hotel bellamente decorado, y nuestra habitación era espaciosa y limpia. Nuestra parte favorita de nuestra visita, además de las galletas calientes gratis, fue nuestro (Elección de) desayuno gratis. No solo el menú estaba lleno de deliciosas opciones, sino que el servicio fue fantástico. Realmente llegamos a conocer a Veronica y Ashley durante nuestras 4 visitas de desayuno. Fueron muy amables, profesionales y siempre listos con una taza de café caliente. Nos encantó charlar con ellos y pensamos que eran grandes embajadores de la marca Marriott. ¡Nos volveremos a hospedar en este hotel!

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend 2022. We were greeted with smiles and a lovely welcome. This always sets the tone for me when I visit a hotel. The hotel beautifully decorated, and our room was spacious and clean. Our favorite part of our visit, besides the free warm cookies, was our (Choice of) free breakfast. Not only was the menu full of delicious options, but the service was fantastic. We really got to know Veronica and Ashley during our 4 breakfast visits. They were so friendly, professional, and always ready with a hot pot of coffee. We loved chatting with them, and thought they were great ambassadors for the Marriott brand. We will stay at this hotel again!

Eu estava procurando um local limpo e confortável para uma escapadela de fim de semana solo e o encontrei na Reikart House. O hotel é requintado - bonito, impecavelmente limpo, e meu quarto foi perfeitamente decorado com uma bela vista também! Como minha primeira estadia pós-pandemia, eu estava nervoso em fazer o check-in em um quarto que não estava limpo adequadamente, mas o meu estava impecável. A única desvantagem foi que não havia serviço de quarto disponível. O restaurante Jazzboline fica ao lado do hotel, o que é ótimo, mas é caro e você precisa buscá-lo pessoalmente. A equipe foi amigável, útil e acolhedora durante todo o fim de semana. Eu vou ficar aqui novamente!

Estaba buscando un lugar local limpio y cómodo para una escapada de fin de semana en solitario y lo encontré en Reikart House. El hotel es exquisito, hermoso, impecablemente limpio, ¡y mi habitación estaba perfectamente equipada con una linda vista también! Como mi primera estadía posterior a la pandemia, estaba nervioso por registrarme en una habitación que no se limpiaba adecuadamente, pero la mía estaba impecable. El único inconveniente fue que no había servicio de habitaciones disponible. El restaurante Jazzboline está al lado del hotel, lo cual es genial pero es caro y tienes que recogerlo en persona. El personal fue amable, servicial y complaciente durante todo el fin de semana. ¡Definitivamente me quedaré aquí de nuevo!

I was looking for a clean, comfortable local spot for a solo weekend getaway and I found it at Reikart House. The hotel is exquisite- beautiful, impeccably clean, and my room was perfectly appointed with a nice view, too! As my first post-pandemic stay, I was nervous about checking into a room that wasn't cleaned properly but mine was spotless. The only downside was there was no available room service. Jazzboline restaurant is adjacent to the hotel, which is great but it is expensive and you have to pick it up in-person. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating all weekend. I will definitely stay here again!

Segunda vez que fico aqui para uma "estadia" de meninas e mais uma vez não decepcionou. Atmosfera convidativa a partir do segundo em que você entra. Excelente serviço, quartos limpos e atualizados, camas confortáveis, centro de fitness fofo e estadia tranquila! Tentei outro hotel e acabei saindo para retornar a Reikart. Ainda bem que fizemos! Da próxima vez vai ficar aqui desde o início!! Altamente recomendado.

Se eu pudesse morar neste hotel eu me mudaria amanhã. Os quartos são lindos, as camas e travesseiros são além de confortáveis, o lobby é lindo, a equipe é simpática e acolhedora. Eu não posso dizer o suficiente!!! Deve ser de longe o melhor hotel de Buffalo. Ir!! Aproveitar!!! Relaxar! Se tivesse piscina seria Nirvana!!!!

La segunda vez que me hospedo aquí para unas "vacaciones en casa" de chicas y una vez más no me decepcionó. Atmósfera acogedora desde el momento en que entras. Excelente servicio, habitaciones limpias y actualizadas, camas cómodas, un lindo gimnasio y una estadía tranquila. Probé otro hotel y terminé saliendo para regresar a Reikart. ¡Me alegro de haberlo hecho! La próxima vez me quedaré aquí desde el principio!! Muy recomendable.

Si pudiera vivir en este hotel, me mudaría mañana. Las habitaciones son hermosas, las camas y las almohadas son más que cómodas, el vestíbulo es hermoso, el personal es amable y servicial. ¡No puedo decir lo suficiente! Tiene que ser el mejor hotel de Buffalo con diferencia. ¡¡Ir!! ¡¡¡Disfrutar!!! ¡Relajarse! Si tuviera piscina sería Nirvana!!!!

If I could live in this hotel I would move in tomorrow.The rooms are gorgeous, the beds and pillows are beyond comfy, the lobby is beautiful, the staff is friendly and accommodating.I can't say enough!!!It's got to be Buffalo's best hotel by far.Go!!Enjoy!!!Relax!If it had a pool it would be Nirvana!!!!

Second time staying here for a girls “staycation” and once again didn’t disappoint. Inviting atmosphere from the second you walk in. Excellent service, clean, updated rooms, comfortable beds, cute fitness center and quiet stay! Tried another hotel and ended up leaving to return to Reikart instead. Glad we did! Next time will stay here from the start!! Highly recommended.
