“My wife and I enjoyed the grandeur and ambience of the hotel and grounds, and were comforted by the standard of cleanliness in these troublesome times.
The cuisine and extensive range dishes were expertly prepared and served, making dining an experience in itself.
However, the most impressive aspect of our stay was the genuine warmth and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was so very kind and welcoming to us with a sincerity we have rarely experienced in many of the finest hotels in the UAE. You have every right to be proud of your team and we would be grateful if you would please pass on our heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to making our stay such a memorable experience…. We are already looking forward to our next visit.”

“The service from the employees was beyond exceptional. Every encounter was professional, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was very delicious, although there were less options than I was expecting. Regardless, everything I ate was very good and the service was excellent. Room was very clean, balcony was lovely. Beach is clean with a plentiful amount of sun loungers and umbrellas. Did not visit the pool but it looked nice. The view is obstructed by construction now so you can no longer see the sheik Zayed mosque. My only real issue was the room was very very cold in the evening with seemingly no way to heat it, even after calling maintenance. Overall a nice stay.”
