“We originally checked into a bungalow room that didn't have a working ac unit, was very outdated, and quite frankly gross.We were then told that the wing had been turned to 'neutral,' so no AC.We moved to the Paradise tower where the room was a little nicer, but very basic with an incredibly uncomfortable bed and a temperamental bathroom light fixture.The restaurants were horrible and the pool was closed.We kept having to walk to the Cosmo to get good food. Definitely better hotels in Vegas for the same money.We'll never stay there again.”
