“Value for money. The staff were very courteous & always smiling except for one. More training for the staff at Tree Top were we ate breakfast. Not too alert to remove dirty plates on the table. We had to prompt them. One staff didn't give us a smile when we entered the dining area. However, she was grinning when a white couple entered. Btw, we are Filipinos. I hope you emphasize to your staff to treat the guests equally. We pay the same rate regardless of skin color. Overall, we had a great stay.”

“Everything was superlative: the impeccable level of service, the food, ambiance, grounds and feel of the resort. Very clean and well maintained throughout. It was impressive that so many of the resort personnel addressed us by name, although I'm sure that we hadn't interacted personally with some of them.
