“Very disappointed with my visit here. It was overpriced for what you get. Hot tub is advertised but they do not have one. Pool has a chlorine smell so strong you can't stand to be in there and the water is cloudy. Digital key did not work. Air conditioning did not work all night.Extra blankets were scratchy. Pull out couch bed would not pull out. Evening reception was just a few bags of chips instead of fresh items typically offered at embassy suites. Embassy suites prices at Motel 6 quality. The breakfast was very good and the only pleasant part of the visit. I tried to resolve these issues with hotel before leaving review.I was told I would receive a call back never did.”

“The manager special/happy hour here is laughable. Also the rooms are not very large at all. This is a smaller hotel out in the boonies and not even that close to the airport it’s about a 15 minute drive by Shuttle.
The reasons I stay at an embassy is:
1. Managers special/happy hour in the evening
2. Amazing breakfast in the morning
3. Spacious rooms
This place only met 2. above.
At least the parking was free even though they advertise that it’s a $12 charge.
Also, I was able to get the top floor but the windows were extremely dirty so not easy to look out onto the view”
