“5* for the pool and 3* for the hotel. Best swimming pool I have ever been to. Fun for kids ánd parents (lot of bubble pools).At the time of visiting only access for hotel guests. And in off-season.To be honest I would get crazy if the allowed 600 people would be in. So we were really surprised about the pool but not impressed by the hotel. Not very flexible and sometimes grumpy staff (however 1 or 2 were very friendly), nice theme, nice bedding but a very hot room (outside 17 degrees), no real towel (switch) service. Breakfast was ok, little under average Scandic norms. You know, the whole hotel is full of signs what I am not allowed to do.Didn't feel any support or encouragement to have the best time. For the price of almost 2100 dkk a night, if I would visit Frederikshavn again I would (even being a scandic higher level member) book another hotel that cares more and just go here for a nice swim. Sorry for this bad review but- if you ever read this-it is a chance to learn, train staff and improve.”

“Os quartos e o parque aquático estão qualificados para 5 estrelas. É limpo, arrumado, elegante e tudo funciona como deveria. O café da manhã é um pouco impressionante e as opções de pão sem glúten estão entre as piores que já provei até agora. Eles são duros e sem gosto. O resto da seleção está bem. Existem alguns frios, alguns queijos, algumas geleias e, de outra forma, uma espécie de versão de "10-15 maneiras de cozinhar ovos". Tem omelete com todo tipo de conteúdo, ovo cozido, ovo frito, ovo mexido, etc. A máquina de café entrega bem aí, puxa para cima. Já estivemos aqui antes e éramos muito felizes na época, então o possível café da manhã sofre por causa da corona e, portanto, deixo a dúvida beneficiar o escândalo. Pela primeira vez decidimos experimentar a barra de bambu Lobster Bob. Aqui, o escândalo pode fazer melhor. Um garoto adolescente completamente desinteressado sentou-se atrás do balcão e folheou o celular. É claro que ele quer que você vá para o inferno quando quiser pedir alguma coisa. Ele cozinhava uma comida muito boa, mas em vez de comprar sobremesa escolhemos sair para fazer isso porque ele não era bem-vindo. Tentamos descobrir como poderíamos registrar a compra para obter pontos escândalos, mas ele não sabia e nem se deu ao trabalho de descobrir. Negligencie o escândalo e presuma que eles podem ganhar mais tanto em vendas quanto em reputação de contratar alguém que realmente precisa e deseja o emprego ali.
