Ao chegar, nos deram um quarto que já estava ocupado. Quando voltamos para a recepção, nos deram outro quarto que estava ocupado. Quando finalmente conseguimos um quarto, não tínhamos água quente. Nos foi dada uma tarifa com desconto para aquela noite, mas ninguém nunca veio para consertar nossa água e ainda não tinha água quente na segunda noite. O quarto não estava bem limpo, pois havia o que parecia ser refrigerante pulverizado na tela da TV e em madeira. Havia uma camada de poeira em tudo! Eu não recomendaria este local.

Upon arriving, we were given a room that was already occupied. When we went back to the front desk, we were given another room that was occupied. Once we finally got a room, we had no hot water. We were given a discounted rate for that night but nobody ever came to fix our water and still had no hot water the second night. The room was not cleaned well as there was what looked like soda sprayed on TV screen and woodwork. There was a layer of dust on everything! I would not recommend this location.

Clean but somewhat worn and dated hotel. No cleaning service unless you are staying for 3 nights or more. Also a shortage of towels. Despite no smoking signs everywhere we did smell stale smoke in our first room but were moved on request to one that smelt better.

A estadia foi boa, mas poderia ser melhor. Prós: Camas confortáveis, muitas toalhas e serviço foi bom. Contras: Sem relógio, balcão limitado, balcão de pia muito pequeno, o controle remoto não funcionou e a equipe não conseguiu consertá-lo. As segundas noites em um quarto diferente, o controle remoto funcionou, como deveria.

Foi uma experiência de altos e baixos. A cama não estava arrumada quando cheguei no meu quarto. Eu estava deitado por volta das 20h e um membro da equipe acabou de abrir minha porta e entrou até que eu gritei para sair. Eu disse recepção. Ela disse que me ligaria de volta. Ela nunca fez. De manhã não havia água quente. Nunca morno. Eu disse à equipe da manhã sobre toda a estadia e me ofereceram alguns pontos para serem colocados na minha conta do Marriott. Não foi a melhor experiência. 😕

It was an up and down experience. The bed was not made when I checked in to my room. I was laying down about 8pm and a staff member just opened my door and entered until I screamed to get out. I told front desk. She stated she would call me back. She never did. In morning there was no hot water. Not ever luke warm. I told morning staff about entire stay and I was offered a few points to be put on my Marriott account. Wasn't the best experience. 😕

Stay was OK but could be better. Pros: Comfy beds, plenty of towels and service was fine. Cons: No clock, limited counterspace, very small sink counter, the remote didn't work and the staff couldn't fix it. The second nights stay in a different room the remote did work, as it should.

Esta certo. No check-in me perguntaram se eu queria arrumação. Eu respondi sim. Quando posso voltar para o meu quarto, a arrumação da noite seguinte nunca veio. Perguntei à moça na recepção sobre isso e ela disse que eu estava na programação para o dia seguinte. Multar. Então, na manhã seguinte, ao sair, perguntei novamente para ter certeza de que estava arrumando a casa naquele dia. Uma garota diferente ficou não, eu não estava no horário de limpeza. Eu pedi para ser adicionado, considerando que tenho pedido desde o check-in e ela disse que não, eu só poderia obter toalhas. Você está de brincadeira? Além da falta de atendimento ao cliente, o quarto não estava tão limpo quando fiz o check-in e parecia que havia umidade no quarto. É um hotel realmente datado. A piscina É meh. Não se deixe enganar por todas as fotos legais… não é tão legal!

Just ok. Upon check in I was asked if I wanted housekeeping. I answered yes. When I can back to my room the following night housekeeping never came. I asked the gal at the front desk about it and she said I was on the schedule for the following day. Fine. So the next morning on my way out I asked again to make sure I was getting housekeeping that day. A different girl stayed no, I was not in the schedule for cleaning. I asked to be added considering I have been asking since check in and she said no i could only get towels. Are you kidding? Aside from the lack of customer service, the room was not that clean when I checked in and it felt like there was moisture in the room. It’s a really dated hotel. The pool Is meh. Don’t get fooled by all the nice pictures… it’s not that nice!

Quarto limpo, cama confortável. Chuveiro em vez de banheira era bom. Fiquei surpreso com a falta de serviço de quarto. Aparentemente, eles limpam os quartos a pedido. Café-da-manhã foi apenas ok. Havia um cheiro de maconha no corredor. Alguns hóspedes do hotel pareciam não seguir as regras.

Room clean, bed comfortable. Shower instead of tub was nice. I was surprised by the lack of room service. Apparently they clean the rooms on request. Breakfast was just ok. There was a smell of marijuana in the hallway. Some hotel guest didn't seem to follow the rules.
