Não é um hotel luxuoso, de charme ou aconchegante, é simples objetivo, bastante diferente do Hyatt no Brasil. Muito grande e movimentado durante toda a noite, mas não atrapalha o sono. Serviu bem para nosso objetivo de estar muito próximo ao Aeroporto (menos de 5 minutos), tudo que precisar em termos de lojas tem entre 10 e 15 minutos e a equipe é simpática. Recomendo.

I have stayed at many Hyatt properties and this one was not up to their standards to say the least. The carpet was stained and dirty. The shower area light/fan was missing its cover,the A/C filter was so clogged it had trouble cooling the room and the tub drain was slow and not attached. On a positive note our shuttle driver was top notch. He was professional and courteous.

Hotel em si é muito bom! Mas .. Algumas partes dos quartos não foram realmente limpas, como o tapete e o controle remoto da TV. O carpete tem manchas no chão, e quando eu limpei o controle remoto havia um monte de coisa preta saindo dele, eu não tenho certeza se é de sujeira ou qualquer coisa. Mas sim. Em geral, o hotel, e a equipe é agradável!

¡El hotel en sí es muy agradable! Pero ... Algunas partes de las habitaciones no se limpiaron realmente, como la alfombra y el control remoto del televisor. La alfombra tiene manchas en el piso, y cuando limpié el control remoto tenía muchas cosas negras saliendo de él, no estoy muy seguro si es de Dirt o algo. Pero sí. En general, el hotel y el personal es agradable.

Hotel Itself Is very nice! But.. Some parts of the rooms weren’t really cleaned, Such as The carpet, And the TV remote. The carpet does have stains On the floor, And when I cleaned off the remote it had a lot of black stuff coming off of it, I’m not quite sure if its from Dirt or anything But yeah. Overall the Hotel, And Staff Is Nice!

Depois de viajar internacionalmente o dia todo, acabei ficando preso durante a noite em Baltimore. Eu estava exausto. Eu reservei um quarto online no aeroporto e liguei para o Hyatt e fui colocado em contato com o motorista do traslado do aeroporto. Falei com o Sean e ele salvou o dia! Ele foi rápido e forneceu um atendimento EXCEPCIONAL ao cliente e realmente alegrou meu dia depois de tudo o que aconteceu no aeroporto. Ele foi além de incrível e realmente me fez gostar muito de propriedades Hyatt. Obrigado Sean! São os funcionários de alto escalão, como Sean, que fazem a diferença.

Después de viajar internacionalmente todo el día terminé quedándome atrapado durante la noche en Baltimore. Yo estaba agotado. Reservé una habitación en línea en el aeropuerto, llamé al Hyatt y me pusieron en contacto con el conductor del servicio de transporte del aeropuerto. ¡Hablé con Sean y él salvó el día! Fue rápido y brindó un servicio al cliente EXCEPCIONAL y realmente iluminó mi día después de todo lo que sucedió en el aeropuerto. Fue más que asombroso y realmente me ha hecho sentir mucho cariño por las propiedades de Hyatt. ¡Gracias Sean! Son los mejores empleados como Sean los que marcan la diferencia.

Shuttle was most important to me. Driver was friendly and efficient. They were pretty flexible about getting there since I arrived when no one else was there. My plane was delayed but they picked me up at 11:40 pm (last shuttle is midnight). Room was clean. No plastic cups, only glass for the bathroom and real mugs for coffee, which was surprising during COVID. Breakfast was quite good, especially considering what they could do during COVID. Desk was a little inefficient but friendly and helpful. I did Park and Fly and parking was easy and seemed safe.

What a nightmare. We checked in to stay one night before catching a flight early the next day; as soon as we walked into our room we couldn’t help but notice how incredibly filthy it was-especially the floor, needless to say we didn’t take our shoes off. That’s not all, as I pulled my sheets down to get into bed there were dead ants in the sheets as well as many live ants crawling all over the bathroom and sofa. I then opened the small refrigerator and what looked to be a small roach fell out! Then when we returned from our trip, our shuttle driver picking us up from the airport took a half hour to get over to us and the shuttle was so hot it was nearly suffocating. The driver was not friendly either. I’m giving one star because the beds were fairly comfortable but they were the best thing about this place.

After traveling internationally all day I ended up getting stuck overnight in Baltimore. I was Exhausted. I booked A room online at the airport and called the Hyatt and was put in touch with the airport shuttle driver. I spoke To Sean and he saved the day! He was fast and provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service and really brightened my day after everything that transpired at the airport. He was beyond amazing and has really made me very fond of Hyatt properties. Thank you Sean! It is top employees like Sean that make the difference.

After Southwest cancelled our connecting flight, I was stuck with my four kids in Baltimore for 3 days with no luggage. The ladies at Hyatt along with their shuttle driver literally saved me. They went so far above and beyond helping us with items we needed, shuttling us where we needed to be, helping us learn how to use the MARC train, etc. If I had to be stranded with just the clothes on my back and 4 kids anywhere in the world, it would be the Hyatt BWI— I am so glad we stayed here and was beyond impressed with the level of customer service. By the time I left I was wiping tears and hugging them! The staff were the bright lights in a truly frustrating situation.

El Hotel te indica que hablan español, no es así.Fue complicado para nosotros, hicimos la reserva precisamente por el idioma y por la cercanía al aeropuerto. Si no hubiera sido por Bitalina, (parte del personal interno del hotel, no de recepción) una persona extraordinaria que nos ayudo y oriento, con una muy buena voluntad y disposición, la estadía no habría sido muy agradable.
