Having stayed in several Birmingham hotels over the years, this three day solo visit was my first here. I guess the rooms are a little shabby really, however the shower was top, and the bed comfortable for me, plus my corridor was ultra quiet thankfully. Bar prices are standard for city central. The refectory area looked decent though I didn't eat in. My room rates were absolutely fine, ok slightly stung for the Saturday booking but compared to other joints still offering availabilities this Bank Holiday weekend, the overall price was highly competitive. I may well return!

Apenas uma estrela com base na equipe, a única coisa boa sobre este lugar, a cama era como Dormir no chão era quente e abafado, não conseguia nem abrir uma janela e ficava apenas no primeiro andar a noite toda e a manhã toda enquanto tentava dormir em um cama dura e desconfortável tudo o que estava acontecendo eram portas sendo batidas nos corredores claramente nada impedindo as portas de fecharem tudo parecia sujo mesmo com os interruptores de luz sendo pretos e sujos paguei 109 libras por uma noite e senti que tinha uma melhor durma no meu carro enquanto estou escrevendo essas portas ainda estão batendo não vou ficar aqui novamente tenho 3 horas de carro para casa com quase nenhum sono realmente não estou feliz com o hotel, vamos todos os outros Novotels e apenas desta experiência com este hotel Nunca mais usarei o Novotel

Fantástico local para reuniões e instalações do hotel. Equipe amigável e atmosfera encantadora. Não posso recomendar o Novotel na Broad Street o suficiente.

eu tive a estadia mais incrível no Novotel em Birm graças à equipe do bar! ! desci para tomar uma bebida com minha mãe depois de longas viagens e fomos recebidos com tanto carinho e cuidado assim que chegamos. Sebastian, que estava cuidando de nós, literalmente fez toda a nossa estadia! ! tão bom, tão educado e tão profissional. Além disso, a garota que estava no bar com ele (desculpe, não consigo lembrar o nome) era tão adorável e literalmente fez o MELHOR martini de café expresso que já experimentei! ! muito obrigado :) Nós definitivamente voltaremos + recomendando a estadia para nossos amigos e familiares! xxx

I altamente recomendar pegar algo do Sainsbury's ao lado ou a loja de frango em road porque a comida neste hotel considerando que é classificado com 4 estrelas, é absolutamente abaixo da média. Comida de sabor muito sem graça. Eu notifiquei o chef que então me deu uma chance. Completamente não profissional.

Vim aqui no meu aniversário para ir a um concerto e a equipe preparou dois pequenos bolos e morangos para mim antes de eu entrar no meu quarto, muito atencioso :) além daquele hotel bastante agradável, a rua é bastante barulhenta, então se isso efeito seu sono, então eu não poderia recomendar, mas boa estadia todos juntos.

Fui no sábado à noite com um amigo para tomar uma bebida e nos divertimos muito. Sebastian fez coquetéis muito gostosos e forneceu um atendimento ao cliente fantástico, o que é muito raro na movimentada noite de sábado no centro da cidade. Demos ótimas risadas com ele e com certeza voltaremos em breve. Obrigado, Sebastião!

i had the most incredible stay at the Novotel in Birm thanks to the staff at the bar!! i went down for a drink with my mum after long travels and we were welcomed so warmly and taken care of as soon as we arrived. Sebastian who was looking after us literally made our entire stay !! so nice, so polite and so professional. Also, the girl that was on the bar with him (i’m sorry i can’t remember the name) was sooo lovely and literally made the BEST espresso martini i have ever tried!! thank you so much :) We will be definitely coming back + recommending the stay to our friends and family! xxx

Only one star based on the staff only good thing about this place the bed was like Sleeping on a floor was hot and stuffy couldn’t even open a window and was only On the first floor all night and all Morning whilst trying to sleep on a hard uncomfortable bed all that was going on was doors being slammed in the corridors clearly nothing stopping the doors from slamming shut everything seemed dirty even down the light switches being black and dirty paid 109£ for one night and felt I’d off got a better sleep in my car still as I’m writing this doors are still slamming will not stay here again got a 3 hour drive home with hardly any sleep really not happy with hotel let’s all the other Novotels down and just from this one experience with this hotel I’ll never use Novotel again

I highly recommend grabbing something from the Sainsbury's next door or the chicken shop across the road because the food at this hotel considering it is rated 4 Stars, is absolutely below par. Very bland tasting food. I notified the chef whom then had a go at me. Completely unprofessional.

Came here for my birthday to go to a concert and the staff had prepared two small cakes and strawberries for me before I got into my room, very thoughtful :) apart from that rather nice hotel, the street is quite loud, so if that would effect your sleep then I couldn’t recommend, but good stay all together.

Went in on Saturday evening with a friend for a drink and we have an excellent time. Sebastian made very yummy cocktails and provide fantastic customer service which is very rare on busy Saturday night in the city centre. We had great laugh with him and we will definitely be back soon. Thank you, Sebastian!

Excellent hotel. Really good rates. Brilliant service and very accommodating.The rooms.are very comfortable. Was here with a large group and they went out of their way to make us comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Excelente situación, además llegamos a las 10.00 a.m y nos dieron una habitación, lo cual es de agradecer. Por otro lado el baño de mi habitación no funcionaba bien, la cafetería es algo cara y por ejemplo la cerveza de poca calidad, (cara y caliente).
