“Antonio at the front desk was awesome so professional yet personable! He made check in/out very seamless! The room was great nice size bed.. was soft ..clean... and the bathroom was awesome! Didn't get breakfast or use the store front they had on site. When I come back in March ill be staying at the Radisson again for sure!”

“If I could leave no stars I would. I arrived and got checked in at 12:15. The room I was checked into, was not clean and the bathroom had no running water. I went down stairs to request another room and had to wait until he checked in 13 people for help. I was given another room in which the air conditioner did not work I have pictures of pieces of the AC on the floor. I was then given to more room keys to check the rooms myself. Both were horrible air didn’t work in either furniture failing apart. I went back down stairs to be given 2 more rooms to inspect. It took 6 rooms in order to find one. I had to search for my own room, while the gentleman at the front desk discussed video games with my teenage sons. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Do not stay here. I did not receive a fully functioning room until 2:30.”
