Entes a estadia aqui, muito simpática equipe e o All Inclusive resort tudo o que pode desejar. A comida era boa, mas não como nós comemos em casa. Alguns pratos eram absolutamente delicioso e alguns foram sem graça mas havia algo para todos os gostos e algo para comer em todos os momentos do dia e da noite. O jantar de cada noite tinha um tema diferente. Nós amamos a turnê do México e começar a experimentar os diferentes pratos regionais. Mostra todas as noites foram muito divertido e nós gostamos muito. Os quartos foram great, paisagem foi perfeito. Praia foi muito bom ... água, você tem que ver se você nunca esteve no Caribe, porque é indescritível. No geral a nossa estadia foi fantástica.

Uma estadia inesquecível .. Não vejo a hora de voltar um dia .. gente simpática e muito generosa .. obrigado a todos 💋

Tivemos uma estadia incrível aqui! Há atividades na piscina que fica ao lado da praia todos os dias. Adoramos fazer as aulas de culinária, dardos e vôlei diariamente com os apresentadores Benny e Jesus! Todo o serviço do resort foi fenomenal. Eu me senti como se estivesse sendo servido de mãos e pés. As bebidas eram fantásticas! Os bartenders, especialmente Santos, fizeram de tudo para tentar fazer nossos drinks perfeitos. Nós realmente nos sentimos relaxados e estragamos toda a viagem!

We had such an amazing stay here! There are activities at the pool that is right next the beach everyday. We loved doing the cooking lessons, darts and volleyball daily with the activity hosts Benny and Jesus! All the service at the resort was phenomenal. I felt like I was being waited on hand and foot. The drinks were fantastic! The bartenders, specially Santos went above and beyond to try to make our perfect drinks. We truly felt relaxed and spoiled the whole trip!

Horrible. No pagues el upgrade a royal. Es lo mismo que el básico. Solo te roban tu dinero.Estamos hospedados desde el 17 de julio en el hotel. Somos un grupo de 14 personas. Vacaciones familiares. Todos reservamos por nuestra cuenta. La mitad reservó habitación normal, la mitad reservamos en el área "royal" del hotel. TODOS estamos completamente defraudados por el servicio del hotel, en ambas secciones. Para empezar, ni siquiera hay diferencia. Las habitaciones son IDÉNTICAS. No vale la pena pagar la diferencia de precio. No te ponen ningún brazalete distintivo como para recibir algún trato preferencial, y el único upgrade al que tienes derecho es un jacuzzi para adultos que obviamente nadie usa. Quien quiere meterse a hervir en agua caliente cuando la temperatura ambiental está sobre los 34 grados centigrados? Otro supuesto upgrade es que puedes desayunar en un restaurante a la carta dentro del área royal para evitar ahogarte en el mar de gente del buffet general, pero la comida es pésima. Pedí unos huevos rancheros que deben ser los peores de mi existencia. Ni a salsa llegaban. Sólo les escupieron pure de tomate del fuerte por encima sin siquiera sazonarlo. Y en el buffet general tampoco mejora mucho la situación. El jugo de frutas es más un agua de tang pasado de dulce completamente imbebible, los Waffles están quemados, lo cual es el colmo considerando que son pre empaquetados y puedes pasar 20 minutos esperando a que un mesero te traiga agua o refresco porque aunque es buffet, no tienen ninguna bebida a mano para servirte, las tienes que ordenar a los muy pocos meseros que tienen y que por consiguiente andan como locos y todo se les olvida. Si tienen un concepto de autoservicio, por dios, pongan las máquinas de refresco a la mano de los comensales en lugar de hacerlos esperar 15 minutos por un vaso de refresco sin gas. Seguimos con las desgracias. En el hotel no se sirven bebidas alcohólicas antes de medio día, así que si llevas desde las 8 de la mañana con tus hijos en la alberca y te urge un daiquiri, pues te friegas porque no lo hay. En el área de alberca no hay meseros. No hay snacks. Si quieres comer tienes que cambiarte la ropa para poder entrar al restaurante, y si quieres un trago pues te paras y te formas en la fila del único bar junto a la alberca para pedir una bebida.Sus actividades de entretenimiento también son muy limitadas.Y ya por último... El wifi.Aunque la reservación dice que incluye Wi-Fi, la parte de la familia que se quedó en área normal no tiene acceso gratuito, nosotros que estamos en el área royal tenemos derecho a solo dos dispositivos, pero de nada ha servido, ya que la señal es ridículamente lenta e inestable. Prefiero utilizar mis datos móviles en los pocos sitios del hotel donde me llega cobertura.En fin, nosotros reservamos en este hotel porque al parecer fue comprado por grupo Barceló en quien confiabamos tuviera experiencia para brindar un buen servicio, y desgraciadamente no ha sido así. Incluso en Acapulco que está diseñado para turismo nacional he recibido muchísimo mejor servicio. De estas vacaciones me voy muy molesta y completamente defraudada por su carente nivel de servicio y eficiencia. Si estás buscando un hotel para vacacionar en Cozumel, elige otro. Creo que pocos pueden ser peores que éste.

Bela localização se você aprecia um motivo de selva. A praia também é linda, mas fica um pouco longe dos quartos e não é visível através da selva. É um belo local tranquilo com uma linda praia a poucos passos de distância. A comida em um plano tudo incluído é tipicamente medíocre e isso seria um ligeiro passo para este lugar. Em outras palavras, abaixo da média, mas não é ruim. Os quartos são muito agradáveis ​​e as pessoas são simpáticas e competentes.

As vistas mais bonitas do picturesk que eu já vi. A equipe tem sido incrível. Sempre indo acima e além!Nós estaremos planejando outra visita aqui no próximo ano!

Beautiful location if you appreciate a jungle motif. The beach is also beautiful, but a bit of a walk from the rooms and not visible through the jungle. It's a beautiful peaceful spot with a gorgeous beach a short walk away. The food at an all inclusive is typically mediocre and that would be a slight step up for this place. In other words, below average but not bad. The rooms are very nice and people are friendly and competent.

The Royal level has it all. Upgraded amenities, free room service, a wonderful staff a private restaurant and more. Speaking of staff, kudos to Emma who took such good care of us we felt as though we were among family. The same for Tomas at la carrete, the Royal level restaurant, a great guy who made contact our dining an adventure. You're close to the adult pool, a minute walk to the beach and surrounded by nature. What more can one ask for.

Pros: Great all inclusive resort for easy/ quick dive access to the best reefs in Cozumel. Food was average, drinks were good. Beach was nice and clean with palm trees for shade, staff was extremely friendly. there is an adult only pool to get away from any loud children or activities. Cons: do not stay here if you’re looking for fun night life. No swim up bar, apparently the resort will not serve any alcohol before noon and claims it is a new national law. I went in August and the pool felt like a hot tub. WiFi is not free. They claim there is a minibar in the room, it comes with one bud light and one model, that is restocked every other day. Summery: great for going diving or if you spend most of your time off the resort. awful for drinkers or people who want to have a good time once the sun goes down

My husband and I went to a total of 3 resorts at Cozumel and this is by far our favorite. Beach is beautiful, poolside is relaxing, and the lunch area with the view of the beach is the most fantastic sight ever. We only had the day pass but noticed at least 90% of the people who were there were staying for the week and we can see why. Open bar with amazing drinks as well. I recommend the fresh fruit smoothie with coconut rum. Delicious.

Loved our stay here, very friendly staff and the all inclusive resort had everything we could want. The food was good but not like we eat at home. Some dishes were absolutely delicious and some were bland but there was something for everyone and something to eat at all times of the day and night. Each night's dinner had a different theme.We loved the tour of Mexico and getting to try the different regional dishes.Shows every evening were very entertaining and we enjoyed that very much. The rooms were great,scenery was perfect. Beach was very nice...water, you have to see if you've never been to the Caribbean because it is indescribable.Overall our stay was fantastic.
