“We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and it was great: quiet room, comfy bed, and attentive service. We had a room with a marina view, which was definitely worth it. In our room, we had some macaroons for our celebration, as well as a bottle of champagne 🍾
One thing I'd say is that there's no signage in the foyer telling you where to go when you first arrive (reception is to the left, fyi).
Overall definitely worthwhile! 😎”

“First of all, this hotel do not live up to its Sofitel’s standards.
The room, though met the Sofitel’s standards in terms of comfort, it is, however, not fully cleaned in areas facing outside including the balcony and sliding panels (refer to share pics).
Another area that seemed to have issue is between the Front Office and Housekeeping when both parties give their conducting accounts on the same issues. These cause us to just sleep over issues rather than provide any other further feedback.
A silver lining is the great services provided by the valets and porters.”
