É um palacete 😍 Recepção com funcionários educados, especialmente um rapaz que é extremamente gentil e agradável. Quarto muito confortável, muito limpo e bem decorado. Banheiro limpo, chuveiro muito bom, com banheira. Café da manhã com muitas opções, croissants maravilhosos, máquinas de cafés Nespresso, sucos, frutas, iogurtes, ovos, bacon, salsichas, bolos, pães etc, servido numa varanda muito agradável que dá para um jardim lindo. Salões lindos, com decoração muito original, tudo "de época". Localização permite que se faça os passeios "obrigatórios" à pé. Metrô praticamente à porta (Reppublica), apesar de estar em obras em março passado. Estação Termini à duas ou três quadras. Bellissimo

Este hotel ficou abaixo de minhas expectativas. O quarto é muito pequeno e pouco confortável,não tem lugar para colocar/abrir as malas. O hotel precisa de uma modernização,o cofre ainda é com chave. O prédio é grande e a sinalização não é boa, perde-se um bom tempo para localizar o quarto, o elevador e a sala do café. Os produtos de higiene nem sempre são repostos. O jardim é muito bonito e o café da manhã é bom. Mas não recomendo este hotel, reafirmo, achei pouco confortável!

Estive nesse hotel entre os dias 13 e 16 de janeiro de 2020. No primeiro dia fomos mais cedo até o hotel e apenas deixamos as malas guardadas, já que não era possível fazer o check-in antes das 14 horas. Passamos o dia na rua e voltamos para o hotel no fim do dia, quando finalmente entramos no quarto. Depois de tomarmos banho e dar uma organizada nas coisas, saimos para jantar ali por perto. Quando voltamos, vimos que nossas malas tinham sido mexidas,e TODO o nosso dinheiro tinha desaparecido (roubaram inclusive os reais). Fomos correndo até a recepção e única coisa que recebemos foram algumas caras de paisagem, seguidas de "vá até a polícia". Requisitamos a presença de algum superior (gerente, diretor, dono, qualquer coisa) mas fomos ignorados. Apenas no dia seguinte fomos atendidos por um gerente, que disse que não podia fazer nada, e - acredite - o hotel não pode olhar as câmeras do próprio hotel.... Tudo que eles diziam era que tinha que esperar a polícia resolver, quando na verdade é só má vontade para esperar que vc vá embora do hotel e fique por isso mesmo. Obviamente, não recebemos absolutamente nada de volta, pelo menos o gerente nos ofereceu um drink no bar como uma forma de amenizar as perdas.... Resumindo, a política do hotel é a seguinte. Os funcionários estão autorizados a pegar o que quer que eles desejem, pois a direção do hotel não liga para os hóspedes, e "as leis" da Itália impedem que qualquer caso desse tipo seja ao menos analisado. Se você der sorte, no seu quarto só entrará profissionais com caráter e você não será roubado. Caso contrário (como foi o meu caso), esteja preparado para perder qualquer coisa

Quarto com declaração antiga (nada daquele aspecto asséptico de hotel de rede) mas limpo e com ótimo banheiro.Salão do café da manhã voltado para um jardim interno é bem agradável. A recepção e entradamereciam uma atualizada. Equipe gentil sem ser forçado.Muito contente com a minha escolha.

Excelente! Celebramos nuestra boda en el Hotel Quirinale, y no pudimos elegir mejor. Un 10 a todo el personal, especialmente a Chiara y Giorgia. Suit grande, preciosa, comoda… en fin, un magnífico recuendo para toda la vida.

A very nice old-style hotel, in a very good state of repair. Positionedin the right place if you are a tourist. The room service was impeccable. Breakfast was a cornucopia of variety, enough to keep one active for a long day of visiting places. The only thing that didn't match the whole good picture is the facade of the entrance : unpolished wood panels and brass parts.

We spent one night at the Quirinale and it will be our last. We weren’t expecting much, but it’s glamorous looks and elegant presentation promised a decent level of quality and hospitality. Unfortunately we were welcomed by a very arrogant man at the desk who set the mood. The room is big. A lot of space. Elegant and old interior. Nice at first sight. Soon you will hear the street, the neighboring rooms and every step will shake your bed. This room was very noisy. Bathroom was big but not really perfectly clean, like you would expect for a high profile four star hotel. You have dirty gaps and corners everywhere. Or power outlets beside the breakfast table. We just tried to sleep with the noise and were hoping for a nice breakfast. It is amazing how cheap and low standard this breakfast was. Every other hotel and café in Rome will serve better breakfast. Regarding the high price per night this stay was disastrous. Highly deserved one out of five star rating.

Hotel Quirinale é MARAVILHOSO. Muito bem localizado (até melhor do que achávamos) Nesse hotel hospedou-se VERDI e tem uma passagem interna para o Teatro Dell Opera de Roma. A decoração é impecável, é um hotel limpo e o café da manhã IRRETOCÁVEL, consumido em um jardim interno muito bem cuidado. Eu recomendo esse hotel e certamente me hospedarei aqui em minhas próximas visitas à cidade eterna.

Bonito, agradable, pero poca seguridad, comiendo en el restaurante del hotel me han robado el bolso con todas mis pertenencias y el hotel no ha facilitado ni siquiera el visto de las cámaras... para un hotel de 5 estrellas no tienen ningún tipo de seguridad.

Fuimos al restaurante en el jardín del hotel a cenar, el lugar es hermoso, la atención del mozo fue excelente y la comida riquísima. No es caro y los platos son abundantes. Muy recomendable

La nevera no funcionaba. El servicio de limpieza regulín, se me cayeron 3 pastillas y ahí quedaron los 5 días q estuve, nunca mopa ni aspirar...

Amazing location and really wonderful staff. The decor is stunning, it proves itself as a high end hotel in this manner. However parts let it down. The vent in my room was thick with dust and the finishing was just a bit tired in places (lots of scuffs and chips in the wall for example.) Breakfast was a standard continental with fresh watermelon, fruits and other fares which were fine but the coffee and juices were from an automated machine which was disappointing.. you may think none of this is complaint worthy and usually I would agree, but it's an expensive hotel, if it were a touch cheaper I'd not even mention any of that. This being said, I would stay again.

A solid hotel, but one that really doesn't justify the steep price per room per night. The positives are that the hotel is situated very central to key attractions, the lobby staff (including some receptionists) were mostly helpful and breakfast was pretty decent. In addition, the hotel itself is visually lovely; worth having a walk around to take it all in. The issues I experienced included the following: - Upon first entry to the room the towel we had there had a bright red stain and there were clumps of hair on the side of the shower. Ignoring the hair issue, it took 24 hours to bring a replacement towel after I reported this issue to the hotel reception (they either forgot to act on it or didn't care). I didn't pay £800 to share towels. - TV kept switching off on it's own and the air conditioning unit was so loud we couldn't sleep with it on. Both minor and not huge issues, but would have been nice to sleep with air con on a little. Air con units are so noisy you can hear the units from next door rooms (if they're on the same wall.) Others shared this issue too. - Dinner food was really poor; food took ages to arrive, items like sides, drinks and condiments were forgotten or late arriving, and the food was well below average for what we were paying. I felt the staff were pretty rude even by local, big-city standards, and the cocktails were prepared with minimum effort (no fruit, not stirred). Overall if I had been paying a few hundred pounds less, I'd have easily let these issues slide, but for me the cost absolutely did not justify the experience.

Stayed here during my stay in Rome with my wife. It is a great central location with excellent customer service, a wide variety of food to choose from during the complimentary breakfast, great upkeep of the building, and a spectacular piece of history with artwork and amazing architecture littered throughout this building. They also have a taxi service for around 50 euro to take you back to the airport (must be paid to the driver in cash after the ride) The only thing that would have given it the final star would be if they offered a bit more gluten-free options, the toilet in the room was a bit weird to use, and the shower head was faulty/needed replacing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting all of the main attractions in Rome, and would definitely stay again.

The room was nice and spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Its an old hotel (like many in Rome) but clean. A friend also stayed in a separate single room so can say the quality of finishing and furniture really depends on the room you get. The hotel is huge so the front desk can sometimes be overrun with a queue of people. The bell boy was fantastic and welcoming. Breakfast was below average.

Estive hospedada no hotel Quirinale em Romaem Fevereiro de 2020. Saí para passear e quando cheguei na porta do meu quarto levei um baita susto 😱 A porta do meu quarto estava escancarada e minha mala totalmente aberta revirada. Como eu já estava avisada, não deixava nada de dinheiro e nem documentos no hotel. Só dei falta de uma gola muito bonita que nem era minha, pois havia pego com minha irmã emprestado 😭 O hotel Quirinale excelente , porém não me hospedaria novamente pelo ocorrido. Fui na recepção e o gerente só me pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido. E quem disse que eu conseguia dormir em paz à noite?Pra mim a qualquer momento entraria alguém dentro do quarto 😣😣 E pelo jeito eu não fui a primeira.
