“It was the only hotel in the city and close by this city so we didn’t have much choice where else to stay.The hotel was all right except of the behaviour and the attitude of the receptionist.The simple request to issue an invoice on a company turned into a huge issue.I have never experienced such talk to a client like she did.I believe that issuimg a company invoice is a normal easy task nothing unusual.Probably a bad day of the receptionist.It is an ashame of the hotel.It totally ruined the impression of the entire hotel experience. The hotel is located close to the city center,walkable distance.Which is a pro.Parking is by the hotel or walkable distance for bigger cars/vans/trailers and for free.Rooms are simple and the furniture is quite old but it was fine.The bathroom was bit odd because of old and dirty tiles and equipment.Breakfast was great with a huge choice of different food,fresh,tasty ,clean with a nice service.The breakfasts definitely gets 5 stars from me.”

“Fiquei aqui por duas noites em relação a um projeto escolar. Os quartos eram grandes e espaçosos. Os quartos eram limpos, mas pareciam um pouco desatualizados. O café da manhã era bom e tinha muitas boas opções, incluindo pão acabado de fazer. Se eu precisar dormir mais uma noite em Herning, gostaria de ficar aqui novamente.”
