“We expected much more from a 4-star hotel. No room service (yep, you will not be able to order your favorite cocktail or meal to your room), the spa was not available during our stay as well. One small soap bar for 4 nights, cleaning stuff threw away our liquid bad (such thing happened first time in a hotel). They ask me to take another COVID test, but never actually checked it. We liked a tasty cake and some other treats upon arrival, but surprisingly there was no bottled water. Overall it's a nice place, but not a proper 4-star experience that's for sure.”
